Need more players for Fantasy NBA

    Im getting excited for the new season! Our drafts are just one week away now!

    We have been running these fantasy NBA leagues for 15 years straight now!
    We started off with just one league and quickly grew to four, but have only had three the last few seasons.
    There is promotion and relegation between the leagues each year.

    This year, we still need a few more to fill our third league.
    We definitely have one spot available, but also have 2 of last year's coaches who haven't recommitted for the new season...

    We need to fill their spots. We will replace them in that order after filling the vacant spot.

    If anyone is keen, please comment in this thread and PM me your email address and I will invite you to the league.

    For those who are new to our leagues, here is the basic league info:
    • ESPN platform
    • H2H Points (our own points system which values efficiency)
    • 12 team
    • Top 6 make playoffs
    • 13 roster spots and 2 IR
    • 10 scoring positions each day
    • Daily lock at beginning of first game of the day
    • 5 acquisitions per week.
    • Snake draft
    • Draft date:
      • Australia: Sunday 20th October, at 11pm AEDT
      • US: Saturday 19th October, at 8am ET

      Also, everyone has now joined Premier and Div-1. Good job folks!
      As well as the 5 spots in Div-2 we need to fill, we are also still waiting for @Kobe to join the league.

      Also, everyone, if anyone is looking for a second league to join, I know of a cash league looking for more coaches.

      They want to fill the league TODAY, so get in quick.

      It’s actually one of 15 leagues in a league promotion/relegation setup similar to what we do. They do a great job. I’ve played in their comp the last two seasons and can definitely vouch for it.

      $60 buy-in
      20-team, but only 10-player rosters.
      11-cat H2H
      ESPN, which is easy for us to flick between teams.

      I have also heard today from Jmulldihno who is now confirmed out, and Stephan who is having trouble logging onto TS but is keen to play again. There is a problem with Stephan's account, and I cant even tag him anymore. Maybe @walesy can help with it, but I have just asked him to create a new account and let us know its him, and I will update his handle in our records.

      A last resort if we cannot find three new players quickly enough, is that we could move all three leagues to 11-teams each.
      To do this,
      @Rad_E_Cool would move to Div-1,
      @Bearfly and @costak would move to Div-2.
      These are the leagues these three were supposed to be in this season anyway, before coaches above them pulled out and everyone shuffled up.

      But Im still hopeful we can find the three more coaches we need to stay at 12-team leagues.

      Ant we can’t go to 11 teams, the schedule would be so bad

      if we can’t find anyone I’m happy to take a second team. I’ll have to auto draft but I’ll be active on waivers. At least that way we can do 12 12 10

      Thanks mate, yeah I’d prefer not to change to 11 teams.

      People have asked in previous years about having a second team and I’ve always said no, but I think we’ll do it this season if we can’t fill Div-2, it’s a good idea to avoid moving away from standard league format. But anyone’s second team will not be eligible for promotion.

      I’m happy to run a team in the league as well, I need to be in there for admin anyway.

      So we’d only need to find one more coach to make it 12-teams.

      Hopefully we can still find 3 new coaches anyway, but this is a good backup option.

      I’ll send you an invite @tasho so you’re in and ready to go, and then we can remove you if a new coach comes along.

      Hey guys hope it's ok to ask this here: if anyone is keen we need a couple of people to take over a Keeper team in our long running league. Crossy, Sparky and Lano from here are also in it. $20 buy in with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. 6 Keepers to be selected from one the teams you'd take over.
