@walesy looks to have coded in an age into the ORFFL RS criteria and this would most likely be identical to the other leagues when they got set up later

My guess is 21, which gives 18 year olds 3 years of RS eligibility. Bice was 24 when drafted in the offseason.

It should be noted that no players had an age calcd in the stats database for round 1 so rising star scores was not a thing for round 1 and only commenced in round 2 across all leagues.

I believe the MSD trade period opens in a couple of weeks time? The Huskies have the following MSD picks available for trade (based on current rankings):

    KIM R1 (Pick 10)
    KOR R1 (Pick 11)
    HH R1 (Pick 12)
    EXA R2 (Pick 20)

Happy to talk future PSD and MSD picks, or player trades.
    DM me if interested.

    Hi all,

We're not playing games this weekend (AFL R12).

Next week we will have games again (AFL R13).

Then our mid season commences (AFL R14-16).

    Games will recommence AFL R17.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone that we have a match this weekend (AFL R13, Thursday 5 June), with only Freo and the Saints on the bye. Mid Season shenanigans commence at the completion thereof.

I have pick 14 in the upcoming MSD and I'm unlikely to use it.
I'm open to doing a straight pick swap or swap of multiple picks.
Would prefer a 2025 PSD pick but am open to shifting it to a pick in the 2026 MSD.

Does anyone know Damo personally? Anyone have general contact with him?
He obviously hasn't been active all year, and he's yet to respond to any of my messages.

    Hello Everyone,

The Mid Season fun has begun.
We'll run trades from now until Wednesday 18 June
Mid Season Draft will start on Thursday 19 June and run to completion
Continued trading (must be even trades after the drafting is complete) until just before AFL R17 (Thursday 3 July)

Someone let me know if that clashes with anything that I've overlooked, and thus won't work.

AFL mid season pickups should now be available in team lists should anyone select one in our msd.
don’t think I broke anything while doing it, but let me know if anything is funky

Ok gentlemen, the elephant in the room is DamoH's absence and the upcoming draft.

He hasn't responded to my emails, and I don't have his mobile number.
He did allude to family health issues earlier this year, hopefully they haven't gotten worse, but my suspicion is that they have, and he's otherwise focused elsewhere (rightfully so).

Now, we've got a few options (please use the voting buttons for your responses):
:1: We leave the team completely idle, no delistments and no autopicks
:2: We follow the rules and delist the lowest scoring players, and the autopick kicks in
:3: We ask one of the other kind folk on TS to jump in and look after the team in the interim

As this is the Discussion thread..... this is a very unfortunate situation that our bosses have been placed in, and I hope Damo is OK but
I don't think there should be an Option 3.......if a Coach takes over today and is able to improve the team via the Draft and just playing his/her players in the correct positions, then the teams who have played CIS already will have a distinct advantage over the Teams yet to play CIS, and this will also be the case if Damo is able to re-join us prior to the Draft.
As for Option 2......The MSD in not compulsory for teams to participate in so unless Damo reappears and is able to decide what he wants to do, then we shouldn't have an Option 2 either.

Leave team as is for the remainder of the season (unless Damo returns). If a new coach is required to be found in the off-season, the MSD pick 1 from 2025 carries over to the 2026 MSD (effectively a concession pick), and can not be traded by the new coach. Thoughts?

How about this - someone neutral does his delistments and takes his picks in the MSD but the starting team remains unchanged as it has all season. That way nobody else is disadvantaged but the list isn't just left to deteriorate, which I think would be a negative for the comp whether Damo returns or someone else takes it over.
