    Cheers buy tylo's suggestion may be better. Mine impacts the value of MSD picks this year and next year. My suggestion also doesn't help the squad turnover if a new coach is required.

    Call me heartless, I totally disagree.....why are we rewarding failure ? And penalizing current participating coaches?

    Heartless. Well, you told me too!

    If its family stuff or something that cannot be avoided, then I think leeway should be given. If it's I cannot be arsed, then no compo.

    But if a new coach takes over, then I think the compo pick would be pretty fair.

    Not sure I understand, they are already getting the best picks in the draft ......

    Easy solution, let me trade my future 1st rnd MSD, probably pick 2, for his pick 1 this year.

    I get pick 1 & 2 this year, he gets pick 1 & 2 next year :D*
