(copied from 2025, with minor tweaks) Live trading opens from 8pm Tuesday night, the draft commences at 9am Wednesday 4th March. Live trades may occur before the first pick of the draft. All live trades should be posted in the completed trades thread. Some draft 2026 PSD in-draft trading guidelines are as follows, before sending or responding to trade offers please review these and check whether both parties are ticking off against them. Please also note that as the number of list spots and picks is fixed, so no trade is valid if it requires killing current PSD picks or activating further current PSD picks. 1 - Eligible live trades are where the exchange has a matching number of current assets - either 1 or 2 - exchanged, with a maximum of 1 player being exchanged between the 2 sides in a single trade. Future draft pick/s (2026 MSD and 2027 PSD) and pick swaps can be involved in any trade. For example there are 5 deal structures which are compliant * single pick each - exchange of one current (2026 PSD) pick each, with exchange of 2027 PSD pick/s (if the trade does not include 2027 PSD picks or pick swaps the trade is considered as unbalanced as the picks exchanged in the current draft have different values) * two picks each - exchange of two current (2026 PSD) picks each, with or without exchange of 2027 PSD picks * 1 player exchanged for one current (2026 PSD) pick, with or without exchange of 2027 PSD picks * 1 player and one current (2026 PSD) pick exchanged for 1 player and 1 current (2026 PSD) pick, with or without exchange of 2027 PSD picks * 1 player and one current (2026 PSD) pick for two current (2026 PSD) picks, with or without exchange of 2026 PSD picks 2 - Teams must use at least 4 draft selections and have 4 newly drafted players in their final 30 players as at the end of the 2026 PSD (aka the Lee Matty rule). 3 - as per rule 4 (l) the Board will apply any other restrictions required to ensure the that in-draft trading and the draft itself run as smoothly as possible.
