Anyone got any GC rookie updates. I'm getting nervous with my selections and haven't seen much talk on this for the last couple of days. The focus has been on Round 1 rookies.
Ive got Tape, D Swallow, D Harris, Z Smith, C Dixon, and B Matera.
Going through RMT not many have picked Tape or Dixon but the rest seem cookie cutter.

Dixon should get plenty of early gametime, question is how well he'll score - full forward for GCS is unlikely to be a high-profile position for SC.

Has anyone got mail on Sam Iles? He played well in one game during NAB, but was left out the other 2.

Badger....I'm wondering how many will be trading out these GC kids and replacing them with starting rooks this w/end; a bird in the hand is worth....blah blah

I'm 'hoping' that most here at TS stick by their research and keep the GC kids, sight unseen albeit.

    As to your list:

    * Swallow/Harris/Matera = cookies

    * Lost in Space = possibly one of the most selected R3/R4's without having played in 2011....we are all crossing our fingers on that one I think.

    * Big Charlie = love this kid as a slow burning leg of lamb

    * Tape = Loved this kid in PS, not sure about his R2 selection though, Toy/Coad probably ahead...kind of hoping he becomes an ideal trade in later.

There hasn't been much talk about GC as we've all been desperate to get the right rookies for this round!

From what I can gather not much has changed. Swallow, Harris, Matera all seem certainties. Toy, Stanley and Coad seem likely, and Dixon also as a KPF.
    Prestia and others maybe.
Z Smith we all pray its a yes!

@corks. Ive gone Dixon->Prestia->Dixon-> presia about 5 times depending on the different reviews im seeing. Just going to stick with Dixon and see how he goes.

@Simonoz. Im doing my best not to chicken out and go for the round 1 certainties, but jeez its tempting.
I think I'll stick with Tape for a bit of POD.

TBH Z Smith we don't really care about until say R5 when Cox is out / Sandilands R6.

If you have Ryder then you can afford to wait even longer.

i'm mostly worried about the backline - who out of stanley/coad/toy is most likely to play.
