Just watching this guys disposal count rise, looks like a good trade. I traded Otten Down and then turned C Richardson into Riewoldt; pretty happy about it! Did you get him in?
I have a feeling most people will have jumped on him. I went Otten -> Thompson Kraka -> Boyd I have a feeling trading out Heppell so early will come back to bite you. He is a quality player and could easily hold D7/D8
Also done the Otten->Thompson trade - very happy with his score, and now with Davis out with his shoulder again Thompson's JS should be pretty sound for a while.
True but shame about Davis, I don't have him but he's a decent young player. Time to trade Nick (the other Riewoldt) now after that 40 score, but that's another thread. 126 that's fantastic from el Thomo
i also did the otten to thompson trade - but only so i had enough money to go bewick to polec. didnt put thompson on ground, but $$ will be handy
yes loving the move from duigan>thomo and having him on the ground but that is over heppel so still to find out if it comes off but no matter what 126!!! luvs it
Went Thompson on the ground over D.Stanley last minute, being a "cocky" bombers supporter my reasoning was that the ball won't come down to him at all in the forward line as the Bomber's will win by over 200 points. In the end it worked, and i'll gladly take that 126 points thank you very much, very handy because it will stay in his average for 3 rounds.
Yep I got on the same train..Otten to Thompson and Richo to j Roo. Was forced to play him luckily because I may have benched him. Thompson looks very accomplished. Next week I think I will look to upgrade Duigan to Enright somehow.
Damn missed the boat trying to pick a smart pick. Another one of those "You wont win if you pick him but you'll lose if you don't" trades.
Got onboard too with Thompson before this round. Looking at the scores this morning - Very happy. Traded out Tarrent. I thought was a bit of a risk but it has turned into gold.
I'll be getting him next week will miss out on the 80k or so he makes this week but he should make 200 more while Duigan has peaked
Also got on... Duigan > Thompson which enabled me to get Richardson > J Reiwoltd... would be a very sick week if those trades hadn't been done!
Similar story... Lester > Thompson and Richo > J Roo... very happy! Still heading for a very poor round overall though...
Tough decisions this week.....now have Duigan, Lower, B.Smith and L.Thompson ($152K, 19 trades) any thoughts on upgrades????
Could be too late Flameboy, L.Thompson went up $80K. Depending on Duigan's BE this week and whether Hibberd gets another game are the 2 big questions for me this week.
