Sounds like you have already figured it out easty. Don't think Drummond will affect Adcock too much and it will take some time for Drummond to get up to match fitness. Their roles are different also. The only concern on Adcock is he is injury prone (but then, so is Chappy).
i have been tossing up two possible double trades this week. The first one is one that I had planned to do a few weeks ago if the salaries went my way (which they did), but the second one is based more on the brittle nature of one Shaun Higgins. Option 1: Krakouer -> Hibberd B.Smith -> Enright Option 2: Coad -> Hibberd Higgins -> Pav As mentioned above, I didn't really want to trade Higgins, thought of him more as a bench player in my final team that could cover byes in both forwards and mids (or as a keeper if I got really stuck with injuries if he was performing). He has averaged 100 for me which is better than most of the forwards out there, but obviously he is difficult to trust given his history. I suppose I can do option 1 the following week if the salaries go my way again (it will be a bit tighter) but am burning an extra trade or two than I would like.

Adcock is risk (injury) v reward (ppg) - all factors weighed up I think I'll roll the dice... @ChiefRussell I'm liking the look of Option 2 - B.Smith and Krak can make you more $$$ yet whereas Coad is rusting and Higgins is iffy again
What does everyone think about Ellard? pretty good breakeven and I want to get rid of Irons. Irons --> Ellard, I have enough in the bank
Is it worth trading Cam Richo whether for another rookie or upgrade or is it hardly worth it due to his lack of price increase?
I personally will be holding onto Richo until a Mzungu/Callinan type comes into consideration. As you said he has gone up very little and is like upgrading a completely new player to a premium. Wait for a decent cow to downgrade to.
My possible 2 trades this week are Higgins -> JRoo Dugian -> Deledio Leaves me with these players on respective lines... Goddard, Deledio, Broughton, Gibbs, Grimes, Heppell, Lower (Smith, Thompson, Toy) Franklin, Pavlich, N Roo, J Roo, Goodes, Rioli, Darling (Tapscott, Matera, Richo) Getting there
Are we still feeling the love for Adcock this week? I'm herding the cows and the plan is for Duigan out and Adcock in. The Lions have the next 3 games at the Gabba, GC, ESS, KANG. Shaw is an option but they have the week off and Enright has slightly dropped off. Any thoughts?
I want to bring in Chappy this week, but i have to burn Dawes to afford it. I don't think Chappy is going to get any cheaper (especially with NM @Kardina this week), and Dawes has the two byes coming up. Top 300 atm, and want to keep going up...
Beauy.... My upgrades would be something like below (in that order) Deledio, Enright, Shaw, Adcock I am not going to pick up Adcock only because I am going for league win and cant afford to trade him in and watch him get injured. If I had Deledio already I would no doubt pick up Enright this week!! (Only 16% of teams have him) Somewhat of a POD
Shenanigan-s.... Surely there are other people you can upgrade besides dawes... He has been killing it this year.. I wouldnt upgrade him
@DC - not if i want Chappy this week. I don't have enough $$ to use Petrie or Krak, which was my original plan. Chappy was meant to leak another $50K by now, dagnamit. Might just have to do a double downgrade with week, and upgrades next week.
I would sit on Dawes. You knew when you bought him he was a KPF and his scores would be up and down a lot. I would advise Adcock as a good decision. I got him a few weeks ago and he's been repaying me handsomely. Running through the mids is what you want from a defender. Drummond won't affect him much imo.
V happy with Dawes scores - I'm not bailing because of the 55 on the weekend. I'm thinking about it because of the two byes in 6 weeks and Chappy playing awesomely...
What are people’s thoughts of: Curnow -> Hibberd (opens MPP Mid/Bac) Petrie -> Chappy (Have the MPP with Prestia in Mids)
@SS After the 6 weeks are you going to want to trade him back in? Is there not a double trade (Upgrade/Downgrade) that you can do to get Chappy into your side and leave Dawes in the side?
