Juddy 'cones' off! So funny! Maybe that's his problem this year! Would explain why he's always so knackered!
Harvey threatening to bring Griffin in this week to give Sandi a chopout so watch for teams. Think Reilly or some sh1t truck kept Swan pretty quiet last year, so will be interesting to see if they run with a hard tag.
I reckon Sandilands might get a bit of a rest against Port. They've been talking about him carrying too much load on his own. If I had them, Mundy or Fyfe instead. Swan could go big, but slightly out of form (if you can call 100pts out of form!) so it's a mild risk. Strong claims on Selwood again. He's in smoking hot form and teams struggle after the bye. But... I'm going on a limb here: Dal Santo, Goddard or Riewoldt against the struggling Demons. Saints are improving, and they're due!
No saints in hell ( pardon the pun) they been dreadful all year stick to your pies or dockers this week
Blues arent leaking too many points in the midfield this year. (Ticker will probably make a fool out of me). Carrazzo will get someone, and Gibbs has kept Pendles, Goddard, Goodes (did he also have Lids?) below 100 as well. Chapman usually plays well against us - really have no match up. Russell usually gets Stevie J. Running backs have done well from memory with Newman and Johncock hurting Betts going the other way, as well as Hooker, Fletcher and Fisher all scoring big taking a lot of marks in our forward line due to our lack of tall targets. Could see Scarlett and Enright doing OK in the same roles. Mumford went big, but no-one has Ottens. To many ?'s for me in this game, when you've got safer picks in Swan and Sandi.
im still considering the bet of not going swan this year. so i still dont have him, but pendles is an obvious, sandi of course is the other good option. but ont to discount cox, he should get alot of hit outs and has been consistent. even against sandi i think he got the ton still. both hurt each other but that goes to show why they are the two best i think i may have just talked myself into cox as captain
im thinking of going a bit left field in Priddis At home this year he has scored 128 vs North 134 vs Hawks 142 vs Melb 126 vs Freo Although last year he didnt do to well against the doggies, but for some reason i can just see him and boyd getting at least 35+ touches each. Any opinions on this?
If the Griffin thing is true, then I might actually set my Jack Sparrow on Pendles/Mundy instead of Sandi. Kane Cornes will most likely tag Hill. Cassisi did the job on Mundy last time and took him out of the game. Makes me a bit worried
I think Swan for me this week, with Mundy as a close vice. I left Swan off the captaincy for a few weeks and it's paid off, although Joben killed me last week. Swan dominates against average oppositions, which Adelaide certainly are.
Sandis bench time is not a worry. Still had a big enough impact on games to score well. Hence scoring over 100 in a half when he was subbed early with an eye injury!!!
Im of the Swan Under The Roof club - 166 and 152 at Etihad last year. Although Sandi at Footy Park, especially if its wet, is an attractive choice...
