well being a Port Lincoln/Eyre Peninsula resident, you'd have to throw me in the mix seeing that there's been a few decent players from here like the Burgoyne boys, Betts, Thomas etc. However, seeing that I have a light skin colour, I definitely don't qualify amongst those lads, so you'd have to lump me in with the Wakelin twins & Corey Enright, 3 more great products from this region. And being 6 foot 4 in the old scale & 105kg, i'm sure there'd be a key position I could hold down
You can add me to the midfield for the end of year AA Team but atm I'm out with a broken Fib/Tib like Barlow. Should be back soon having had the plates removed a month ago.
Back in school, I was given the first choice in what position I wanted to play in the footy team- cause we were crap, I chose the back pocket cause hey- it meant i'd see a bunch of the ball. Sadly, I was still just crap and probably gave away more frees than got the ball- always regretted not going for the forward pocket, as then perhaps i may have snagged a goal or two. So chuck us in the forward pocket! HFF as a backup.
