Quote from Razza on May 12, 2011, 22:30 I think this one takes the cake... Traded out GRIMES for adcock, 2 seconds after i clicked confirm, I realised I was actually trading out GIBBS for adcock...FAIL!! [/quote PMSL !! Froffies involved no doubt ??. Thanks for sharing the missus asked whats so funny when she heard me laughing...........Could see your "OH NO" moment and the sinking of the shoulders lol. :x
There's always frothies involved at times like this!! Lol I'm still in disbelief that I could actually do this! I even sent a desperate email to the supercoach powers that be to fix my mistake... And yes I know there's 0% chance of that happening!!
Funny thread, this reminds me of the guy last season who wanted to trade in Ben Warren, but instead traded in Warren Benjamin (who incidentally also played for the Roos)!
Just reviewing trades done by my mates - saw an absolute classic: Round 10 (I assume this means after round 10 and before round 11???) Out - Higgins, Bartel In - Franklin, Mzungu I haven't yet spoken to him, but based on R11 scores, an 85 and 144 for a 64 and a doughnut must hurt!!!!!
Looking to protect starting capital, after round 2 traded OUT Buddy (price drop predicted) IN Tapscott. NRoo was predicted to fall also. Flipped a coin on them & lost.
Fresh from my league psych-out: one fella bit the bullet to trade in Sandilands a couple of weeks back, locked him as captain, only to look on in horror as his recruit retired to the bench with injury. Chasing this loss, same fella traded in Franklin this week before teams were announced, again locking him as captain. Ouch.
2 weeks ago traded in Chapman he pulls out a 65 and injury 3 weeks ago trade in Mundy he dropped a 91 119 84 2 of his lowest scores all season this week Scott Thompson comes in drops his lowest score of the season 76 Roiund 7 traded out Duigna for Enright pretty sure duigan has outscored him in that time with Enright missing a game
Some funny trades here. Fez thats just tough luck.. A lot of people would of jumped aboard the Thompson train this week... Just like a lot of people jumped on Boyd for his lowest score this year. (I was one of them) Far from the 'Worst trade' more annoying then anything!

Quote from HudsonFysh on June 6, 2011, 09:07 I traded out Higgins for Chapman. Double jinx.
LOL! Makes me feel a bit better with my luck lately
Not sure what round i made this trade but i traded out Irons for Polec. Polec hasn't played since then and i really could've used that trade elsewhere.
Traded in Jobe Watson 86 points before he twanged the hammy. Then put Newton in a week before he hurt his foot. Friday night I traded in Buddy 3 seconds before lock out. Pineapple inserted !!. If you want a "Hit" done on an opponents team just send me a trade and I can organise it !!.

Not the worst trades just disappointing.
Yeah not happy about bringing in Thompson this week. I had some doubts before and felt I should go with someone with a better track record, but went with Thompson anyways. Really hoping this was just a one off.
Traded our Stevie J round 6 due to bye and then he missed round 7 so did not bring him back. Decided to Keep Goodes instead so praying Goodes outscores Stevie J for rest of year . Yep I was always planning on brining him back after his bye wanted to use my extra trades to keep my score up early. If he did not miss the following round would have traded him back in
blueboysrule - thats one of the worse trades i have seen on this forum thats for sure - the others just had bad luck but that one lol .
i had three options in forward line went matera to sylvia over goodes and ROK Goodes and ROK score 140+ and slyvia gets subbed 1st quarter.
ROUND 7 OUT Richardson ($149,300) IN Riewoldt ($386,000) OUT Liberatore ($268,800) IN Wallis ($103,600) ROUND 6 OUT Krakouer ($239,100) IN Petrie ($265,100) OUT Broughton ($438,200) IN Suckling ($348,700) ROUND 4 OUT Atley ($108,600) IN Curnow ($206,800) OUT Petrie ($216,000) IN Richardson ($110,200) ROUND 3 OUT Richardson ($110,200) IN Tapscott ($110,200) OUT Buckley ($110,200) IN Liberatore ($103,600 Petrie and Richardson both went out, then both came back. I was going through some dark times. On hindsight should have stuck with Petrie and Krak. Cam Richardson is the source of all evil. This is where my season went south unsuprisingly and put me behind the 8 ball. I have climbed back to about 2500 now.
