Hey people need some help...trying to pick out of Heath shaw and johncock...they're about evenly priced...I'm leaning towards stiffy (POD) but not quite sure as I have a few other PODs in my team ( JRoo, boak).

    Any help would be appreciated

    Cheers

Looks like i will need to trade Mundy to avoid a donut.

Do I bring in Sam Mitchell?

Or Delidio and open up my MPP link with defense/mids?

    Batchelor > Strauss
    Mundy > Boyd

Gives me the following team on the park this week:

Deledio, Goddard, Gibbs, Broughton, Stanley, Puopolo, Hibberd (Shaw, Otten*, Strauss)

Boyd, Murphy, Priddis, Swallow, Heppell, Mzungu (Pendles, Swan, Jacobs*)

    Cox, Smith (Sandilands, Keeffe)

Pav, ROK, Franklin, Sylvia, N Roo, Yarran, I Smith (Krakouer, T Lynch*, Richardson)

Wearing the donut in the ruck.

Had some indecision with who to play vs who to bench. Decided on Otten, Jacobs and Lunch as my emergencies. Was tempted to throw Otten on the field after his 104 last week, but I should really give him one more week first.

    Thoughts appreciated

Sam Mitchell will be a good POD, however not having Deledio may bring you pain later on. With few decent backs to pick from, I would have thought Deledio is a must-have for any team.

If your making the trade this week then Johncock as Shaw has the bye. But if you can wait a week id be going Shaw as he wont have any byes for the rest of year.

I dunno Lids hasnt exactly set the world on fire this year. He might fire up in run home. Mitchell has bye in multi round doesnt he? and Gold Coast in round 24... Get on Mitchell....

    I've got Newman back there.
Went with the Goddard, Gibbs, Enright, Bock, Newman and didn't have room for Delidio.
Seems everyone has got him, so very tempted.
    Good call about Mitchell R24.
    Tough decision.

I think a lot has to do with
    a) how long he is out for, and can you cover it
    b) how spoilt are you for trades
    c) is there a DEF premium you're truly missing

If you've got Selwood and Adcock, depending on trades, you could maybe sit on one of them as otherwise thats 2 sideways trades gone then. I'm going to wait on Adcock, as his price is so low he would need an upgrade, and there's ample cover there with Lower, Stanley and Poops.

Going Smith to J Tipp to open up the MPP and avoid a donut.

Am tossing up between two options for my second trade:

    Selwood to GAJ
    or
    Thompson to Scotland

Leaning towards GAJ as his BE is lower...what do you think?

Apologies if someone has already asked a question like this but I can't decide between Boyd or Murphy. Both are firing but I'm a little unsure of Boyd as the Bulldogs aren't playing their best footy.

    Thoughts??

Lion - do you have Judd? If so, Murphy a risky option.

If not, I'd go Murphy as he is more of a POD and in awesome form.

Both are jets and the dogs have been playing poorly all year but that hasn't stopped Boyd going big. Both are good options but I would go Murphy as Carlton only have one away game ourside Victoria for the rest of the season. (Freo Rd 21)

The dogs have 2 and one of them is at the SCG.(Port Rd 22 and Syd Rd 18 + GC Rd 14 but I dont count that...)

Just thought of something - what if Sandi isn't right for Cox's round 15 bye?

Then there will be a zero there....

Is it worth considering giving Sandi the flick for J Tipp instead?

Then at least you're covered as long as Z Smith is okay for round 15.
