What is everyone thinking as a captain choice this week? To me there are a few stand outs. The always reliable Ablett v St Kilda NDS/Montagna/Goddard v GC Judd v Kangaroos Selwood v Melb Swan/Pendlebury v Essendon I think for me it will be between Ablett and Pendles only because I don't have NDS
Buddy v freo mate!!! He will go huge! They got no-one to play on him! Silvagni is gonna have to do the job, maybe ibbotson? Haha. No way will they be able to stop him. I went with buddy a few weeks ago and regretted it, but I think I'm a glutton for punishment. I need to make up some ground, so I may take the risk. Can any freo supporters talk me out of it?

For me it's not so much about having fun. It's about taking a risk that could help me (well my missus) climb up the rankings. Her team is currently ranked 61st I've been rolling the dice with cap choices every week, and tbh it hasn't worked out most of the time, but I have to keep going with it. Buddy is a massive risk as we all know, but he has been building some good form and I just don't know who can stop him at freo. Mcpharlin usually does alright, but he's out this week. Plus I'm going to the game, so it will be great to see him in double-points action in person. Well maybe it won't be as well. We all know the pain that putting the big C on buddy can bring! Opposite to fun a lot of the time! Though, it's worth the risk I reckon... I would love to hear thoughts of freo supporters though. I know there are a few around these parts.
Whys McPharlin out?? I thought he got a reprimand?? Good luck with going Buddy, if i had him in my team id be benching him cos whenever people start talking about Captain & Buddy in same sentance he spuds it up!!

@stkildathunda Was actually going to mention McEvoy myself, Z.Smith he comes up against too, and we all saw how he smashed Lobbe... Anyway, probably just gonna go with Goddard, will probably stick with him for most of the remaining games unless there are other major standout options. Judd V North Melbourne? Reckon he could go big...
Jake and thunda. I agree about Judd too. Players often go big after a new baby comes. I reckon it must be that they're running on adrenalin due to sleep deprivation. Problem is, there will be sooo many people picking him this week. If chasing a POD, which I am, I don't think he's a good idea.
Franklin on those open spaces of Patterson, Ciril on the march and the delivery from the halfbacks. Yep! That all adds up to a 150+ this week.

Went with big Cox as the skipper for this round and its fair to say it was a good choice. Very happy with the 426 he got me as capt!
