I was very keen on Stevens however he played most of the game last weekend up on a half forward flank, not a position conducive to heaps of possession of the ball, not sure if he is worth it now or not, looks the goods but could play in an awkward position fantasy wise.
While the consensus is that Magner will be in everybody's team I'll disagree with that until the prognosis on his hand injury is known.
@PieRaider Personally I hope his injury does scare off a few people but we will know for sure when the lists are lodged, if he gets elevated he'll be fine whether he plays Round 1 or not.

Whos better placed as top rated rookie defender than Webberly? weve seen him twice this preseason, 37 dt pts in the half match versus hawks, which equals 74 pts if extrapolated to a full match. 71 pts v freo. Not too shabby, what other rook/def can we expect 70's from? rookie priced but aged in his prime, another bonus. Tigers play a type of footy that pull disproportionately higher than average scores for their defenders. Ticks in all the right boxes. Good luck leaving him out ;-)
Only problem with Webberley is I doubt those DT points will translate to similar in SC. His only full game against Freo saw a dismal 59% disposal efficiency & 5 clangers which will hurt his score. Also, not being named last week or this week screams out that he's not considered best 22 at Richmond
Yes Webberly not on the teamsheet for last pre-season match. Ellis and Morris are. How much weight we putting towards last game team line ups. Most teams appear to have put forward their more settled teams or close to round 1 teams. Or just wait until Rnd 1 teams are named.
You rely on dream team points for supercoach at your own peril. His disposal is terrible. He also played those games as a midfielder when other better players were out. He is competing for a midfield place not a defense role. If you look at last week Richmond played only 22 players (a prelude to Round 1), the best they had available and he wasn't one of them. They still have have Delidio and Conca to come back into the round 1 team. The BBQ is cooked and will not play. That makes just about every Defender on your list better than the top rated one, but I don't have to look outside Richmond. Ellis their no.1 pick in the last draft was in the 22 last week, in defense with kick in duties. 20 disposals and from my vantage point seemed pretty efficient. He is ready built to play. Unless injured he will play round 1. I rode the BBQ in 2010, 15 games. Only 3 last year. Can't see many this year. Go ahead and pick him by all means - its your choice. Just noticed that your number 2 midfielder is Hogan (assuming Smith in forward line) - doubt he will be playing either; dropped this week too.
Here, the above discussion, is why TS is the best resource tool for SC. Stats only tell half of the story and based upon the figures tabled, Webberly looked good. But when taking into account bearfly's additional info, if you were considering Webberly, you should now realise he, if in the best 22, is more suited to DT than SC. I hadn't considered him at all but for those that may have added him to their watchlist, he could safely be removed and used as a downgrade target if Ellis or Morris get injured and a place in the Richmond defensive line opens up. That is if there aren't other rookie priced players that have better job security available at the same time. J
Not much love for Cripps is surprising. A forward that plays off half back is gold IMO. If theres good JS then he is in. Ellis will be as popular as Giles once all the teams are entered.
@Oodles His cost is the issue I have and his output hasn't been great. Probably the "wash out" hasn't helped.
Those going Magner I'd leave enough in the kitty over the partial lockout to cover the price difference between his 94K and the typical 113K...
