[span style='font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;]Sub Notifications! How do I get them?
Given I don't have my team entered into My Teams (worst wife ever) I thought I'd enter them in and
answer that much asked question - how do I get sub notifications??! With pictures!
First things first- What are sub notifications?
Basically, you put your team into MyTeams and we send you an email to let you know if any players on any of your teams have been green vested or made a late out, giving you time to get in there and fix your team rather than suffering through a sub-affected score.
This works for SuperCoach (obviously) but also AFL Fantasy, Centerbet, SportsBet and Sportal. We should be getting something up for Stadium Fantasy soon as well to give you guys the edge at winning the fast money over there.
How to get them?
To start, you need to get your team entered into My Teams and uploaded. This can be any flavour of fantasy football that tickles your fancy (Centrebet, AFL Fantasy, SuperCoach, Sportal or Sportsbet) but I'll be entering in my SuperCoach team.
How do I enter my team into My Teams?
1. Go to 'My Teams' on the menu bar above.

2. Click 'Select a Team' button and select 'Create New Team'

3. Fill in the form! Put in the name of your team, the competition it's in (Centrebet, Dreamteam, Sportsbet, Sportal or Supercoach). With 'Type' you can create watchlists or play with the donor league if you're a donor but we're just going to create a supercoach team.

4. Click 'Create New Team'.
You've now created a team!
You'll see that the 'Select a Team' button is sitting there. Click it and the team you've just created should show up in the drop down menu.
Hit that bad boy and we can get moving.
Uploading a team
For the sake of public consumption, you can see where I've entered the email address and password that are not mine.

This is the easiest way to upload your team. You put in the email address and password you use to login to your supercoach team on the Supercoach site. This allows the software to nip in there and grab your team. As with all your information on this site, it's all confidential. Nobody here has the time nor the inclination to go fishing around in your team and we don't have a stockpile of passwords somewhere. It's just in your account.
Alternatively, you can add your Tid number to that box that says 'Tid: '. There are instructions for that on the page.
The third option is to enter the players in one by one using 'Add New Player' on the right there. This is for the really trust deficient of you. You risk nothing but you also have to manually add the changes in yourself each week as we can't do it for you! Just remember to pop back in and update any trades so that your sub notifications as well as your analytical data is accurate.
After entering your supercoach login deatils or your Tid, click 'Upload Team'. If you're working manually, click 'Add Players'
Pow! Your team has successfully uploaded!

You'll now see all kinds of fun information about your team like the individual player ticker for each player on your squad and your Bye Profile which shows how the byes will be affecting you. This is a new feature on the site and so there will be new additions and shiny new functionality as we go on and as you guys give us feedback on what you'd like to see and what would be most helpful.
The fun point to note though is that now that you have your team uploaded, you'll get the sub notifications emailed to you as they come out on the weekend! Winner, winner chicken dinner! You now have the advantage over your mates.
