Yep that is strange as I have the exact same total score and ranking :S

My team is called 'BioOoB's Wizard's' (don't ask lol) I'm 2nd - 3rd in all 4 of my leagues.

How can I have the exact same total score and rank? Now I'm confused!

Never knew that was how they ranked teams if they had the same score!

So it's very possible that even though I'm ranked just under 12k I might actually be 18k...

6. Don't think it works like that H_Dons, if you're tied at 11,866 with one other person the next ranking will be 11,868 and if you're tied with 1000 people the next ranking will be 12,867. Means no matter what there's still under 12k in front of you even if a bunch of them are tied with each other

Actually if you are tied it comes down to who registered first.

That's just in regards to the awarding of prizes.
If 50 people were all coming equal 2nd, they'd all show up as ranked 2nd,
and the next closest score to them would be ranked 52nd.

Lucas, in round 3, I would be hesitant to wager that I'd win supercoach even with a 500 point lead and 30 trades. As it sits i'm 600 behind with 22 trades, but not concerned yet (though not entirely happy). I am confident of holding close enough from here on in, which I obviously need to for any chance. My guns haven't played GC or GWS yet. They will. These bye weeks though, will play a massive part. A perfectly planned team will need to use 6 trades and have a full list of scorers to get through the 3 week period with just 2 zero's. (not including using dpp fwd/ruc which i believe could limit it to 1). There will be some teams (as little as .01%) that will achieve this. I plan to be 1 of them. In reality, most will struggle to limit the damage to 10 zero's over those 3 weeks. And without being over-dramatic, teams who have not planned for the bye's, and also have some bad luck, could serve up to 20 donuts over the 3 week period. Time will tell, but i think the bye rounds will cause much more kaos than anyone expects.

20 donuts over 3 weeks? That's nearly 7 each week!

Considering each team has 30 players and on average 10 have a bye each week, that's 20 players available each week to play - 2 donuts per week or 6 over 3 weeks. That's the theoretical average for somebody who doesn't take byes into account.

You couldn't get 20 donuts during the bye rounds unless you were purposefully trying to.

Time will tell Swert, but if you calculate a supercoach who is paying no attention to bye weeks can only expect 6 donuts over the 3 rounds, then you are in for a big world of hurt. This before you take into account possible injuries, possible suspensions, possible late withdrawals, not to mention players who might use the bye week to take off 2 weeks, letting their bodies rest for nearly 3 full weeks midseason, and only missing one actual game. I hear Arizona is nice in June.

Finished with 1 donut & 2,163 for the round, which under normal circumstances is way under par,
but with the current attrition rate, improved me from ranked 3,073, to 1,626,
& my cousin went from 14,661 to 3,251 this round with 2268 which is normally not a massively great score either,
but for this round is in the top 600.
I reckon anyone ranked in the top 12k is still a chance from here, but Im too drunk to make a solid case for that claim, so best wishes and good luck all.

Horrible score...1996

Had Fyfe, Lake, Shaw on the pine and copped a Dempsey donut.

Hale got subbed off while a 106-scoring Giles sat on the pine.

Broughton continues to disappoint as does Rioli and Swallow.

I'm well off the leader now...but still only 476 points away from the top 100 :)

Time for some aggressive trading!
