The biggest decision of the short season to date, but I am interested in seing how many are trading him and how many are keeping him.

If you have traded him please state who you chose. If you aren't, state you are keeping him. Will be interesting to see the numbers

For the exercise - I will be trading him. Trading him in via the mids to Barlow. Mainly to grab a like for like player at a 85K saving which can be used to upgrade later on.

Barlow, if he continues his current form, is a viable M6.

If he plays he stays. Really he came into the team because hes a gun and its not a new injury. its a long season.
If hes gone it will be st Nick for me.

Gone! I will reveal who to after he goes up $50-90k this week ;D
ps. Trying not to jinx my selection - all that Broughton --> Dempsey talk last week did my head in - bound to fail! Long term, that trade could be a winner though - would love it if Broughton drops 60 to Dempsey's 110 this week!!

@The_Swert - I like Boyd as an option. Barring a tragedy he's a certain top 10 mid at season's end. And while it's important to look long term rather than short term, he does have 3 soft opponents in the next 5 games.

I'm still tossing up between Barlow and Stanley.

I want the extra $$ but I guess if I trade for Stanley that's essentially another trade I have to make later on! Whereas Barlow has claims as an M7 for the whole season IMO.

I'll be giving Fyfe right up until lockout. On the teams page the thumbs have spoken for me...but still don't have the balls to actually make my trades haha maybe I'll go for Barlow then go Shaw to Goddard!

Gone. Him and Shaw. Adios. Goodbye. See you later, not. Don't let the Reverse Changes hit you on the bum on the way out.

Until there's conclusive proof that he's gone for the season I won't trade Fyfe.

I know Impromptu traded Sandilands out and then back in again and enjoyed the ultimate success but for the rest of us that's just blowing two valuable trades.

Fyfe's dodgy shoulder last year didn't preclude him from an elite result and this year's subluxation probably won't either.

Keep.. He has the potential to swing that money loss.

such a tough decision. the risk with keeping him is if he reinjures it again tonight and they decide to let him have surgery he could drop another $50k+ and then he becomes harder to get another premium for. on the other hand i cant bring myself to bet against the kid hes a superstar. i think ill be taking the risk and keeping him

Trades are more valuable, money can be made up, trades can not. Fyfe stays.

I've taken an each way bet. I have 2 teams...the "wife's" is in TS Trading Games, where I have started out crap.

In my own team he stays...JM makes a lotta sense above. In Trading Games I got nothing to lose against a very competitive and hungry mob of TS guns. I've taken a risk and gone Fyfe to Treloar, and Wingard to Boyd. Love Boydy's run over the next few weeks...check out WBD's draw if you haven't done so already.

I'm calling this the WifeLosesFyfe Strategy.
