My thinking is reversed to yours Muppets. Im thinking Fyfe will play and Ablett be out longer than what he's claiming. </blockquote>

Disagree. Just based on past accounts he will most likely be playing the GWS gang at the very latest of his recovery.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fyfe played either. I just hope he doesn't so my decision to trade him or not is easier. My gut says to trade him anyway as he'll lose a lot of value and if he pops it again then I won't get anything for him. Might just take away the worry.

Hasn't he got bruised bones including kneecap and some tissue damage? 1 week my ass.</blockquote>
Ever heard of a guy called Lance Franklin?</blockquote>

Do you seriously think he would have played that soon if it was during the H&A Season? </blockquote>

Probably not, but when you watch the way he moved I don't think it would have taken him 3 weeks either.
Granted, it's not the type of injury you can really compare, but my point was just not to write him off and that there is precedent that players can rebound from it quickly.

ablett as sub!?!?! you could name your odds with centrebet on that one i reckon. fyfe's pretty much where he was halfway through last year, only difference being harvey vs lyon and freos overall injury list. ross will take conservative approach (see barlow, mundy, sandi) and send him for surgery the moment it pops again. until then he'll keep scoring (not like he was out of form b4 shoulder) so if you didn't drop him after the first injury (BE of 208) going into this game then like me you need to pray he lasts at least a month to recover his price. not a huge risk imo and yes i kept him!
