What are the thoughts on Steve johnson, has dropped nearly $100k and hard to see him go any further. Surely he is better than the 80 average he is showing. Must be on his way up from here, and once again ending in the premium forwards

I reckon he is the Alan Didak of 2012. Wait until he puts a couple decent scores together before trading him in, otherwise your just wasting trades.

ORFFLy disappointing 2nd round pick at the moment.

Question is, is he still carrying that niggle and trying to cover it like Chappy last year, or just setting himself up as a supercoach bargain ? Fortunately other option present themselves, but I reckon the only real risk with him is just burning a trade not his average/price.

Yeah I would wait. Could just coast all year and drop out of premium status quite easily from here. However forwards have been deplorable this year so a few big scores would put him top ten.

SJ obviously down on last year. Scored 200 in this game in 2011 and looks to be short of that this year.

    Still,
this week was the cheapest we'll see him this season, few believed he could get his 122 BE.
Stevie put himself into his own SC this week heh, true.

I don't think he is better than his 80 avg this year. Pulled a good score this week against weak opposition. If you want to jump on, by all means go right ahead, but for me there are better options available.

In for me this week. Softened the Selwood out blow somewhat. Stevie J is a go to man at a top side. His price was too hard to ignore. Will be top 10 in my opinion.

As well as his average v Melbourne being higher than any other opponent,
and on top of clawing his way back to top 10,
if you're hunting the league win,
Stevie's averages v his last 2 opponents this year (league finals) are higher than any other forward going.

Could be a decent risk , there's not many clear forward options.

Even though I swore I'd never have this guy again after 2010, I'm thinking the same Fez.

Going to take it. Certainly wont be the difference between overall or not for me!

Considering the amount of correctional trades I've made, I have to take these sort of guys to have any chance of getting a fully upgraded team by the end. NDS is another I'll role with in a couple.

At worst short term it will mean the end of having to play one of Milera or Kennedy, so bugger it...

Could upgrade to Johnson or Zaha for Milera-thoughts? Or better to wait for Milera to moo a little more?
