Dammit!!! Hopefully it's not too serious. Watching his score dwindle from 118 to 102 was painful. Was on track for a huge score.
What happened? I wasn't watching the game. Here I was sorting out my trades for next week and then I saw the "S" pop up next to his name on SC live and freaked out.
Could be anything from a hamstring twinge to a hip flexor or even a groin. Was on a lead and just stopped dead and felt for his hip.
upper thigh/hip area - must be a pulled muscle or hip flexer. i hope he misses a few...geez i'm a prick aren't i
Brought him in last week!! Servicable against the hawks , but was licking my lips watching him rip the crows apart , was thinking finally one of my players is going huge!! Then BANG off he went!! Spewin!!! Not wasting another trade on a sideways premium already had , fyfe/mummy/ablett, hopefully 1-2 weeks only
I wasn't watching last night but I don't reckon he'll be out for long. He did it then thought about going off but kept going for a bit instead, and then after a few minutes decided to go off and got subbed. Can't have been that serious or he would have gone off straight away to get it checked out. You can always come back on in a couple of minutes if you're fine
@sydneyswans: Swans co-captain Adam Goodes will miss the next six weeks with his left quad injury. More to follow shortly on http://t.co/NDXIabz8
Me just thinking about getting him in last week was enough to get him injured! If I'd actually traded him in he probably would have exploded...in the first minute...
Bullet dodged, but I wonder how this effects ROK's prospects now. Is there chance of more midfield time now with his fitness base improving, or is ROK now too old for regular stints there? Most coaches don't see him being fantasy relevant any more, but if he gets on a ROK n Roll, he could be a nice pod at F6 or F7.
