Ok so he's been named. Is the last player on the bench. And he has been a late withdrawal before. Can somebody please tell me if they think he will play? Any inside knowledge would be great! As HMac hasn't come good yet...I'm depending on Big O to play!
It's a Friday night game so at least if he's a late withdrawal you can factor it in to this weeks trades - if you want ! My gut told me that hmac would miss this week and you would think that even if is recivering well he would come back in rd 12 after the nm bye rather than in rd 10. Hopefully big o plays rds 9 10 and 11 - and then hmac is back!
I'm usually right onto the Friday night withdrawals...how did I forget! Cheers TassieHawk I have Giles and HMac at R1 R2, and they both share the BYE. Perhaps I could 'upgrade' HMac to Sandi? I have 5-6 trades left for injuries after upgrades so it could be worthwhile. Or perhaps Giles-> Sandi and ride Big O through the BYE's. Thanks for ur help...virtually nothing has been spoken of HMac's injury! Surely heaps of SCers have him too and are wondering.
BigO will play. Game is at Etihad, so he won't be pulled out because of the weather. I thought he showed a lot more than West last week, so he may rise to the No.1 spot at cats. Will be interesting if/when Simpson & Vardy get back from injury to see who the main man will be.
Thanks for that warsaken. The roof definitely plays in his favor as I remember he got pulled late from an MCG game earlier this year. Not worth offloading him or Redden to Jenkins...just have to hold on!
Vardy is an "indefinite" per the most recent injury update and pretty much has been all season. I wold be surprised to see him at all in 2012 IMHO my 2 cents and YMMV
Big O will be ok tonight. Scott wants to get games into him so he has played his 10+ games and is ready for the finals if needed. He'll play! The big one is when will Redden get a game. I hadn't seen his posts for a while...he must be paying for his advertising now? Well Big O played...60 odd better than a donut! West got subbed off which is a good sign for O's chances of another game next week. Although I watched the second half and didn't really see him at all!
