Excellent work...but there's always injury and general soreness to contend with...just to mess with our heads !
Yep a very good analysis...I could never be bothered, so well done! Still doesn't solve my Giles dilemma as he is a first year player. I think I might just get Jacobs as that way I have more cash left over, allowing more options later in the season when it counts.
What trade out of the following three will more than likely net me the most points for the remainder of the season? 1. Mohr to Carrazzo(Next week) 2. Giles to Cox 3. My worst performing MID(Pendlebury,Rockliff,Stanton,Kennedy,Selwood or Boyd) to Ablett. Already have 6 premium mids but i feel as though i will require Ablett for the run home? Anyone agree? Is it worth getting rid of a premium mid for Ablett? Im in a tough cash league. Money is for both overall points and winner of the Grand Final. I sit one game clear on top of the table(Had not lost a game until the weekend) and am 311 points behind the leader(I am currently 3rd) was first all year before the byes came about. Any help on the issue will be greatly appreciated. Looking to see which of those three trades will help me the most
Really Need to Get in Albett but I already have a full midfield with Stanton, Thompson, Boyd, J Selwood, Pendlebury and Priddis. Thinking either Boyd or Stanton, who does everyone reckon??
Thinking the same as you Jesters. Out of my premium 6 for me its out of Boyd and Stanton aswell. Probably Boyd. Would like your thoughts on my dilemma above?
I'm thinking Boyd as well, partly because he really screwed me over as captain this week. Don't really have any legit reasoning

Not really a good indicator but will serve to show team quality - my SC Gold projected score is 2500 a week with a max over 3000, for next 10 rounds. </blockquote> Unfortunately 2500 doesn't win SC finals in tough leagues though. Weeks where Ablett, Pendles and Swan perform at the end of the season, winners are all in the 2600++ category from last couple of years. Worth it for the POD, but week-in week-out any two of those three are worth 450-500 between them (including the C).</blockquote> 2500 isnt exact, more so an indication of a good team, I have a premium team lineup right now with none of them. I'd prefer to have them, but circumstance this season didn't warrant it for mine.</blockquote> Premium? I think you're kidding yourself.
Forwards projections for round 23 = 1 - 121 - Buddy 2 - 113 - Chapman 3 - 112 - Beams 4 - 106 - Harvey 5 - 105 - Danger 6 - 103 - Sidey 7 - 103 - Roughead 8 - 103 - T walker 9 - 101 - Tippett 10- 101 - Petrie 11- 101 - Zorko 12- 100 - Zaha 13- 100 - Cloke 14- 99 - pav 15- 97 - M Johnson 16- 95 - Adams 17- 95 - Blair 18- 95 - OKeefe 19- 94 - Stevie J 20- 93 - D Stanley 21- 92 - Nroo 22- 92 - Lewis
@NumberWonGuns I reckon that anyone who doesn't have Gaz come finals is taking a HUGE risk. Also, I reckon i'm going to be doing the mohr to carrazzo trade as well. I think that with Giles averaging 90, you'll get more out of the Carrazzo trade. CArrazzo is also set to go down in price again this week with a break even of 150
Giles to Cox will be a popular move this round, the deal can be made for 25k less than it'll cost next week. Campbell also a bit of a teasing downgrade, I don't think he'll keep getting games with Minson back in. I guess the punt would be... How long before Minson shoots his mouth off again & lets Campbell back in?

At least the dogs seem impressed with him, and with finals gone, they may rotate campbell/roughead/cordy. There arent many other downagrades in other lines either, so seems a good idea to me
Re General soreness, I didn't pick (or is that draft?) Enright, Thompson/Priddis/Mitchell, Cox or Chapman because I reckon they are a monty for GS. Saying that, I bet every one of these players will play when in my opposing teams. GS is almost at a point where I think the powers to be should look at finishing Supercoach on the second last round rather than the last. It might make the last round less interesting to watch but at least people will not be crying over all those premium players having a week off.
best ruck for the run home - money no object going for league win half a pound of meth for best answer

That's where a few trades in hand are vital for winning league finals, GS & the resting of guns are almost certain to thwart even the best laid plans. Those with the luxury of being able to make a few sideways trades in the final 2 rounds will have a massive advantage.
