yarran is dirt cheap and will drop further this round. considered by some to be a premium at the start of the year. out of form but is he worth a punt at that price?
ditto for hibberd. his form pre hammy was an avg of about 90, will be very cheap after this round

Take your Carlton blinkers off. There is reason Yarran is so cheap.

Yarren has turf toe same as sandi that is why he is sub he can't run around he needs 2 months off his feet so I would stay away! Will be a good pick up next year

Yarran has been playing with a low fitness base, and has been subbed a few times. Not convinced he will be fully fit during remainder of 2012 season. Probably needs a refresh and a full preseason.

you cant tell me Ellis at $257 is better value than Yarran. yarran can crack out a hundred sometimes, ellis plays a great game and scores 65. perfect swap trade.

very tempted to pick up Yarran this week for malceski(is he just dropped because of form?)unless he is sub tonight then will wait for next week, given he is a straight swap for someone like ellis both averaging around 54 yarran has a much bigger upside can see why people want to jump on surely he has too pick up his form soon

Agree with Yamum. Still carrying a niggle that looks like will plague him for the rest of this season... which will probably result in substitute and/or bit-part type roles for the rest of this season

With a decent break and full pre-season under his belt, will be a steal with a sub-$300k starting price for 2013

There is definite up-side to Yarran (given what we've seen in years gone by), but considering we've yet to see any flash of form this season, I just can't see why people would pick him on the premise of up-side this season

I have had Yarran from the start. Dont get him. Pain and anger will ensue. A big reason (along with Cripps and Newman) i am sucking worse than usual this year. Camel toe is not one to be trifled with.

If you want a cheap defender you could have look at James Gwilt. Was a extremeley consistent 85-100 player last year before his knee injury.

Think I might wait a week can't hurt if Yarran goes big he won't rise too much, then i'll jump on but if he gets injured then its a burnt trade, Hibberd looks ok will wait as well
Bringing in suckling this week with eyes for carrazzo next week like most others would love scotland but will have to wait malceski is my immediate problem hold or trade?

Anyone prepared to role the dice after his 98 on the weekend?

$260k, Trade in Ellis and make some money!!!

He's going to get picked every week and as much as I'm not a fan, he's a much better player than his previous sub affected scores suggest.

still weighing it up. i think that i have to get gibson and carazzo this week, but not sure if yarran is a better option! looks to be over his turf toe and got some confidence from his game on the weekend. could be a good sub come finals time

Surely Yarran has got to come into consideration now, his last two games have been excellent and he'll probably still be sub 300,000 next week so it would be hard to resist him at that price!

The salary predictor has him around 293k after this round, and yes, dirt cheap.
