$479,300 for a decent midfielder so who's it gonna be?

Already have Ablett, Dal Santo, Pendles, Selwood, Murphy

So far looked at Lewis, Bartel, Chapman, Barlow, Rockliff, Gibbs

Need to fill the last spot so who has a better draw?

    Cheers.

I have 4 of those players.

Lewis a bit up and down but has the ability to score 100-120
Chapman a bit more consistent get around 90-110 most weeks
Barlow is frustrating can't seem to break through the 110 barrier but always gets 90-100
Rockliff can score huge or terrible

The player with the capacity to go highest is Rockliff, but the most consistent would be Barlow.

Would go Barlow due to Freo needing to throw everything at trying to make finals. May start to score big.
Another option would be to go Jimmy Bartel or a real smoky in Liam Anthony. I would go Barlow, Bartel then Anthony but you want to look at the teams going for the 8.

Thanks guys! All signs point to Barlow and fingers crossed he doesn't set the Bar low.

Barlow just hasn't been the same since the leg break

I would probably have Griffen ahead of all those names though
He's a talented player, only has poor games when he cops the tag over Boyd
With Cross going down, maybe more points in the pool for him?

It's hard to find consistency at that price though to be honest.

Maybe Fyfe's also worth a look? Could be very hand if you don't have a M/F link

Cheers jibba but I'm gonna stick with Barlow, Freo have more to play for than the dogs.

I would go Fyfe over Barlow any day of the week. M/F link and will definitely score higher from now on.

Fyfe has a low average and price for the year cause he got injured and has a 37 in his system, Barlow has been playing all year and has only been getting 90s-100s. Watch Fyfe explode now he's played a couple of games.

Worst case scenario is they score about the same, and Fyfe only manages 90s-100s for the rest of the year. He still tops out Barlow for his DPP link. Only advantage of Barlow is Fyfe is perhaps more injury prone.

Stanton is going to smash it after having a rest this week!! Or that's what I keep telling myself.

Already have Fyfe in the Forward Line with Pav, but thanks for the thought.

Stantion? No I don't think so, The Bombers are going nowhere fast as the wheels of their finals are falling off in a big way.

Bit harsh on the bombers. We pushed the Crows at AAMI when everyone thought we were going to get belted.

Stanton's drop off has been because Zaka has been injured (due back in 2 weeks)

Stantons scores this year, With and without Zaka in the team.

    With: Avg 126 (10 Games)
    Without Avg 82 (7 Games)

    Stats speak for themselves really

Sorry DC no disrespect. Bombers did play well against the Crows just ashame they came up short but I feel things are going to get tougher thats all.

Thanks for the stats really puts things in perspective for that reason I won't put Stanton in.

I wouldn't go anywhere near Stanton.
    Barlow > Stanton

How about Goodes or Sylvia? Both scoring pretty well at the moment. Both can go large.

Funny you brought this up! I had no choice but to bring in Goodes as Porps wasn't named so a straight swap for the Swan
