Hiya all,
Bout time I chimed in with an update on the games most prestigous individual award. Gary Ablett Jnr is set to join current greats Adam Goodes and Chris Judd as a dual Bronwlow Medallist, after a scintillating last 7 weeks, which has combined with some good fortune for his team. An average of 151 SC points, 33 possessions, 1.4 goals per game across 3 wins and 4 losses should see Gary collect 16-17 votes over this period. Combined with his strong early season form, I now have Ablett on 31 votes, 3 votes clear of Watson who has lead for the majority of the season but has since fallen away.
Dane Swan, Matthew Boyd & Scott Thompson round out the Top 5 on 25, 24 & 24 votes. The race for the most votes per team has become a lot more interesting than it was earlier in the year, with previous lock-ins being chased down by up and coming stars. Read on sir, read on...
