The Brownlow votes for the first nine rounds are finally in.  Whilst its been quite the wait, there has been significant work gone in to building this years machine - which considers possessions, goals, hitouts, fantasy scores, individual players history, looks at what has happened in the past and now makes predictions on the games that have happened this year to date.

Our leader after 9 rounds is a Crow on 18 votes.  Whilst this seems high after only 9 rounds, two players last year picked up 20+ votes in a 10 round period (Swan with 21 between rounds 14-23, and Mitchell with 22 votes between rounds 12-21).  He is followed by a Bomber on 16 in red hot form, and 4 votes clear of a Pie and a Dog who round up the top 3.  Interestingly, only 1 of the current top 10 polled this week, which is in line with the lower SC round weve all just been through.
