So what we started with a roll call of the top leagues as at round 17 nears it's conclusion for another year, the hysteria of GF week commences and the engravers get ready to insert a new league name underneath the NBA Crew's entry as 2011 League vs League Champions.

<li>For the third week in succession the Meat Pies scored the highest aggregate score for the round. They narrowly missed smashing the all-time winning margin record for the third consecutive week (they have the top 3 margins by a long way) and have demonstrated that they not only want to WIN the comp but to annihilate any league who dares to stands in their way.

<li>Their 3 best this week were That'swattsshesaid (2611), Snotties (2601) and Team stripey (2563). The bottom 2 in their league on overall points smashed scores of 2300 plus (2346 by Fleagles and 2438 by Fanspastics) so once again they have no weak links going into the grand final.

<li>Team Stripey and That'sWattsshesaid received their 2nd mention in the top 3 and wil most likely vie for the Meat Pies League vs League MVP this year, both said to be fired up to produce another massive effort when it counts most (kind of like the anti Leon Davis !)

<li>In the other&rdquo; world that is Supercoach Meat Pies smashed out the highest score by far amongst the top 20 leagues to move up 3 spots to #12 overall, while Wando Cans play Snotties and That'sWattsSheSaid clashes with Geoffo's SC Mob in the Meat Pies Prelim finals this week.

<li>After a contentious win over the Expats last week the Platinum league recorded a comfortable victory this week. Whilst critics have panned this league as yesterday's men and women&rdquo; they have the chance this week to grab the esteemed silverware if they can rise to the occasion. They are the underdog but the whole TS world realises that if any 18 super coaches can pool their wits and produce the ultimate gameplan required to beat the Meat Pies it is the Platinum League !

<li>Top 4 for the week were Dirty Whorks (2nd mention) 2507, Clarko's Crew (2nd mention) 2487, Riewoldt's XXII 2449 and HURNiatedBACHAR also on 2449. Whilst these scores were not as massive as the top Meat Pies, the undoubted individual brilliance of the Platinum league means that they are more than capable of producing a handful of massive scores in the GF and putting some serious scoreboard pressure onto the Meat Pies !!

<li>The critics had suggested that Seriously Fun would struggle away from their home ground of Luna Park and they were right. After defeating TS Good and #TS Twits in previous weeks they were no match for the Platinum league.

<li>Their League vs League MVP was won convincingly by The Swandogs with 2420 who came 34pts short of a top 3 mention for the 3rd match in a row, while Whizz's Grizzlies 2559, Maccas Marvels 2531 and Super Best Friends 2454 all received their second mentions, but ultimately it was left to the same teams to do the business week after week and that won't cut it in the League vs League comp !

<li>Word is their Mad Monday is likely to require a national emergency to be declared!

<li>In Supercoach land they have moved to #50 overall in Oz (and overseas), which is a great effort !

<li>Once again they failed to live up to their name. Actually, they grabbed the lowest score of the week, which proved to be their undoing after a fairytale run to the Semi finals, defeating the higher ranked Money Men and Hard Yakka along the way.

<li>Top 3 for the week were Neglecting Kids 2487, Tetly Tigers (2nd top 3 mention) 2455 and JD V3.0 (2nd top 3 mention) 2454, all good efforts but they needed to see several in the 2600 plus to take down the Meat Pies !

<li>After enduring a noisy bus trip home the teams have gone their separate ways but have vowed to finish in the top 100 leagues overall; and 4 of the Top Score coaches turn their attention to pitting wits with each other in the Top Score Supercoach preliminary finals.
