So, after Richmonds massive win on Friday, I thought surely that would be the highlight of the round, but boy was I wrong!
Buddys 13 goals and 3 huge upsets later, and it easily the most entertaining round of the year.
Due to the weekend, the review might be a little late- but until then, let us know how youve gone, and what your highlight for the round was.

St. Kilda vs Richmond
Result: Richmond by 8, 18.13.121 to 16.17.133
Well, this weekend kicked off with an absolute humdinger!! Both teams were hard at the footy, with neither giving an inch.
Dont you just love it when a highly billed game, goes right down to the end!
But it was Richmond that run out victors and Riewoldt who led the way! Kicked 8.3 with 20 disposals and made himself a tidy 187SC. Looks like hes playing himself right into form!
Deledio did nicely, 29 disposals and 114SC, while Maric (111SC) and Cotchin (106) were the other tigers who broke the ton.
St. Kilda only had two people break the ton, Gram with his final quarter heroics scored a 119SC, while Goddard managed a 106SC.
I reckon this spread of points just goes to show how much of a team game both teams put out there this week. Well, once you take out JRoos piece of the pie!!
Heroes: Riewoldt, Saad, Milera
Villians: Dal Santo, Steven
Geelong vs GWS
Result: Geelong by 65, 19.12.126 to 9.7.61
What the hell happened at half time? Seriously, scores were level at quarter time and half time- at which time, I started making jokes about how an upset could be on the cards (little did I know of what was to come in other games this weekend!). But after half time, it was simply all Geelong. Kicked 12.9 in the second half, more than GWS did in the entire match.
Lots of tons for the Cats here, Johnson managed a 156SC off 25 touches and 5 goals, Chappy a 148SC off 26 touches and 2 goals, while Kelly scored 137 with 32 disposals.
Selwood gave us all a scare early, but thankfully, the early reports of his half-time subbing turned into 19 disposals and a 104SC. Gun.
GWS did well, cursing that I traded out Shiel though, a 109SC off 21 touches a real highlight of the game!
A lot of scores between 70 and 80 here, so youd be pretty happy with any of your GWS boys, while Darley managed to score a 64SC, but good news being that he wasnt subbed out.
Heroes: Johnson, Chapman, Kelly, Ward, Shiel, Coniglio
Villians:
Hawthorn vs North
Result: Hawthorn by 115, 27.12.174 to 9.5.59
Now, if this weekends script started going off course with the first half in the above game, it really started to wobble here. I mean, most of us would have expected a Hawk win, but a Hawk utter domination roflstomp that I didnt expect. And after a reletively uneventful first quarter as well! They put on a lead of 97 points after half time, it was ridiculous!
Leading for the Hawks, as you all would have heard, was Buddy Franklin and his straight-to-the-top-of-the-coleman effort of 13.4 for a 236SC. Man, if only he could kick that straight every week!! Seriously, he alone beat the Roos by 4 goals!
Mitchell got his fair share of it, with 35 disposals and a 133SC. Not suprising with Franky hogging the pie, only 3 other Hawks broke the ton- even in such a smashing, with Hale, Birchall and Schoenmakers all hitting the low hungies.
Plenty of villians at the Roos, but not Goldstein. With the HMac still out, he turned 19 touches into a very solid 127SC. Amazing how different he is with the Mac out, considering he was originally spending 80% of his TOG in the ruck during the early parts of the year!
Making the villians list though, Swallow, Petrie and Harvey all doing horribly, with scores of 73SC, 68SC and 63SC- completely failing to get into the game with any meaning.
Gotta say, I love that Edwards managed to crack 61SC off just 4 touches.
Heroes: Franklin, Mitchell, Goldstein
Villians: Suckling, Swallow, Petrie, Harvey
