Massive massive scores this week! The highest managed to crack a massive 2,903, which also moved them into the top1000. Will be interesting how the HUN goes with the team name Scroteam though. :D

Anyways, before I move into the review, I just wanted to quickly bring this to the attention of anyone who has missed it: <a href="http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/208/newsid/142844/default.aspx">Just the one bye next year[/url], meaning we should be expecting next year, what we got this year. It just depends on if VS change how they deal with it.

    Essendon vs Hawthorn

    Result: Hawthorn by 94, 27/18/180 to 12.14.86

Wow, dont those Hawks look good. 8 goals to 1 in the first quarter, and just never looked back. Sure, the 3rd quarter broke even, but it was a pure domination for the flag favourites.

I gotta say, on current form, the Bombers are looking to miss the 8, lots of injuries have played there part, but like last year, they just look to be losing their mojo in the second half of the year- just missing those passes that worked in the first half.

Whitecross top scored for the Hawks with 29 touches and 139SC, with Rioli and his 134SC hot on his haunches.

Hodge kicked 5 in his first game back, scoring a 112SC dispite being subbed off!

For the Dons, Watson keeps up his good form, with 37 touches and 120SC.

He was the only ton breaker though, with Stanton a prime villian, held to just 14 touches and 70SC.

    Heroes: Whitecross, Rioli, Watson
    Villians: Stanton

    Geelong vs Adelaide

    Result: Geelong by 27, 15.12.102 to 11.9.75

Cant believe I forgot to mention this match in the pre-weekend post! Was always going to be a cracker as two finals-bound teams crashed into each other!

After Stevie J got himself concussed at the opening bounch (Which mind you, is loking bad for the Thompson owners!), and Adelaide putting on the first 2 goals, I thought there could be a bit of an upset in the air.

Not for long though, Geelong hit back with 7 of the next 8 goals kicked and went into the main break 5 goals up.

Again though, in that third, Adeliade pulled themselves right back into the match, kicking 5 goals to one and clawing the lead back to just a few points in the final quarter.

From there though, it was all Geelong. 5 unanswered goals over the quarter and Geelong once again have put forward their grand final intentions. Will be great to see how they go next week!

Hawkins top scored for the Cats with 19 touches and 3.3 for a 135SC, followed closely by Selwood, whos 26 touches were good enough for a 126SC.

As I mentioned above, Johnson was cleaned up at the opening bounce, giving him just the 1 FF and 3SC point for the game.

Dangerfield cracked the ton for the Crows with 33 touches and 133SC while Porplyzia did well for himself, returning 100SC on the dot.

No real villians from the Crows, unless you count Tippett and Jacobs missing, namely because most of the fantasy relevant players were out, or tonned up!

    Heroes: Hawkins, Dangerfield, Porplyzia
    Villians: Johnson

    Carlton vs Richmond

    Result: Carlton by 4, 14.11.95 to 13.13.91

Alright, its just going to be a quick review this week- got a bit of a miagrane kicking my ass and am fresh out of concrete! (Plus, the fireplace and Olympics becomes on this frosty winters night!), so were just going to do one more game, but boy was it a cracker!

Goal for goal in the first quarter, saw the Tigers go into the first break with a 1 goal lead. Quickly though, this was turned around in the second with the Blues kicking the only 3 goals for the term to go into the main break 10 points up.

After half time, it was a quarter of 2 halfs! Richmond kicking the first 3 goals over the first half, followed by 3 kick goals by the Blues to extend their 3 quarter lead by a couple points.

The final term though, man, Richmond put on 5 goals to 1 to hold a commanding lead with just 10 minutes remaining, but 3 goals to the Blues, including 1 for Mclean with a minute remaining was enough to see them fall over the line in a tight one!

Some big scores for the Blues, with Murphy knocking up 36 touches and a goal for 160SC. Mclean did nicely with 132SC of his own while Carrazzo and Scotland picked up 125SC and 117SC respectively.

    Really, all the premiums fired.

For the Tigers, Maric top scored, as hes done so many times this year, with a very big 159SC off 15 touches. Tuck did very well, his 153 coming off 31 touches and 2 goals while Deledio notched up a 126SC off 22 disposals.

Newman and Riewoldt score themselves so villians vests, with scores of 63SC off 9 touches and just 61SC for RooJ with 11 touches and 0.2

Heroes: Murphy, McLean, Carrazzo, Maric, Tuck, Deledio
    Villians: Riewoldt, Newman

Anyways, sorry about the quick review tonight, the stats have just about done there thing.

How are you guys looking for finals? For mine, the cash league (which has really turned into my priority), winning this week has secured a top 8 finish, however, a match against 3rd next week will be for a top 4 birth. Hoping I can pull that off while retaining my 4 trades!!
