    <p style='font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; line-height: 18px;]So ponder THAT as this round comes to a close!

(Reviews, thanks to the fantastic Shenanigans.

<p style='color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; background-color: #ffffff;]A helluva game as the Eagles and the Hawks gave us another greatFridaynight game. Hawthorn jumped out of the gates early to a three goal lead, but the Eagles really turned it on to peg it back and then edge ahead by the first break. The seesawing action continued for the rest of the match, but the Hawks were able to hold off the Eagles' repeated charges, The Hawks ended up on the wrong side of the ledger in a vast majority of the major stats - just not on the scoreboard.
<p style='color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; background-color: #ffffff;]The Hawks are spreading the workload to great effect, with only 4 players reaching 20 touches and just three reaching the SC ton. Two men kicked 5 goals for the Hawks - BOG Jarryd Roughead (145) & Jack GUNSTON (94). <a href="http://tooserious.net/Player.aspx?id=636&name=Luke Breust">Luke Breust[/url] (86) kicked 3.0, Lance Franklin (97) kicked 2.3, and Shane Savage (97) was the final Hawthorn multiple goal kicker with two straight. For West Coast, Josh J. Kennedy (125) matched Roughy and Bruest with 5.1, while Luke Shuey (115, 33disp) and Mark LeCras (77) both kicked two goals. Dean Cox (115) and Nic Naitanui (114) were both great, as was Andrew GAFF (121) with 29 touches.

<p style='color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; background-color: #ffffff;]Port Adelaide just played a better game in their upset over the reigning premiers. They have been finishing strongly most weeks, but were falling too far behind early for it to matter. This was not the case in sloppy conditions at Football Park, where Sydney held the lead for almost the entire game until another (relative) final term flurry by the Power. Port kicked three goals (and a few behinds) on the trot in the middle of the fourth quarter to take an 18 point lead that proved unassailable for the Swans. For Port, Robbie Gray lead all comers with 124 SC from 24 touches and a goal, closely followed by Matthew Broadbent (123, 23disp). Brad Ebert (119) was busy with 26 touches and 9 tackles, Chad Wingard (103) kicked 3.0, and Angus Monfries (96) kicked 2.1 off 17 touches. Matthew Lobbe (110) was also very influential with 37 hit outs and a huge 11 tackles. For the Swans, JPK (107) was everywhere with 31 disposals, Kieren Jack (122) had it 23 times and kicked 2.0, and Ryan O'Keefe (95) had 21 touches and a huge 13 tackles. Other multiple goal kickers for Sydney (whilst disappointing from an SC perspective) were debutant Kurt Tippett (64) with 2.2 and Adam Goodes (red vest 63, glut/hammy) with two straight. Rookies Tom Mitchell (84) and Dane Rampe (85) were both impressive.

<p style='color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; background-color: #ffffff;]What a firecracker of a game! Mrs Shenanigans will probably never let me hear the end of it (who knew bagging her for barracking for the Lions would come back to haunt me...). The first quarter and a half of the game was a tight battle, but the Cats started to pull away just before half time, as they kicked six unanswered goals between the 20 minute mark of the 2ndtill the 22 minute mark of the 3rdterm. Geelong were up by 52 points at this point, as the comeback started fairly innocuously. Brisbane kicked the final two goals of the third term to trail Geelong by 38 points at the break. Brisbane continued the final term where they left off - an eight goal quarter set the stage for an amazing comeback, as the Cats could only manage one of the final 11 goals of the game. Fairy tale ending for Brisbane's 200thgamer Ashley McGrath (95SC from 48DT) as he kicked the big one - an after the siren game winner topping off his 3.1 tally. Mrs Shenanigans' favourite Simon Black (157) was everywhere with 33 touches and six tackles in his record 319thgame for the Lions. Brent Moloney (110) had a massive final term to finish with 22 touches, 3.1 & six tackles & burning those of us that traded him out with his supposed four week injury was big Matthew Leuenberger (112). For the Cats it was the usual suspects - Joel Selwood (135) had the pill 31 times, Steve Johnson had 30 touches and 2.2, Jimmy Bartel (106) 31 touches and Tom Hawkins (81) kicked 3.2. Respectful returns by rookies Mark Blicavs (93), Brent Staker (85) and Sam Docherty (50). (By the way, I may have had some helpful advice when writing this game review&amp;hellip;)
