The byes are done and dusted, once lockout is over your new rank will hopefully be better than it was going into Round 12 and with 9 rounds to go teams are getting closer to being complete.

How do you feel your team is going, which players are in your sights to complete your team and how are our best leagues now placed ?

Please note the poll below should hopefully indicate how you went relative to other TSers over the byes, but those teams who used less trades than others should be lower than those who burnt through them to avoid donuts

    Cheers TTH

Dropped to 266th overall. That's still an improvement across the 3 bye rounds.

      I went 1733 + 1843 + 1826 = 5422 across the 3 bye rounds.

I doubt it, I'm now 600 points off the Top 10.
Still easily my best ever season.

5111 for me through the byes. Very disappointing.

Had to use so many more trades through the byes than I would’ve liked to too. Used 6 in first two weeks just to be able to field 17 players each week.

Sub-1400 in round 12 was the worst round I’ve had in a long time, maybe ever.

Here’s hoping for a smoother run home!

Congrats to those of you playing up in the top 1000! Keep it up :)

      Happy enough

Oh dear god, I got the bottom option. Man, these last 3 weeks sucked!

Went 1-2 in the cash league though- so still in the hunt! :D

      Also, stats are up!

I had 5 Port players and Holman though so went 1 for 3 in my leagues in their week off.
Last two weeks I scored 1934 and 1980 and my plan was to scrape what I could in round 12 then win all leagues rd 13 and 14... but despite scoring 1980 I still lost a game this week, pretty gutted it was the only score in the league higher than me.

My team isn't quite set as I have Rocky that I don't trust, had Boak as a point of difference but he's not scoring strong enough and not sure about Martin either whether I should just bite the bullet and trade him.
I don't have Danger or Oliver and I feel that may come back to bite me in finals if I don't sort it.

Lost 3 TS leagues this week - but totalled 5466 over the three bye rounds so ok but not brilliant or good enough this week - Ranked 3964 overall which is clearly not good enough in this company ! Two players from complete with 8 trades left and $400k in the bank ! Things are getting interesting !

1 down 2 up to complete the side by Round 16 with 5 trades left should see you well placed to improve that ranking to top 500 or so I reckon given a lot of teams above you will have been more aggressive and be holding less trades given the bye round carnage

TS Platinum is currently ranked 76th. I think we’ve been pretty steady around that mark all season.

I think you mean 1 down, 2 up?

I'm sure Rockliff was on something like 58 at half time; I checked the live tracker when they'd just started the 3rd and gave myself a wee pat on the back that he'd come good after all - had him and Boak in the top 7 or 8 scorers in the game and on track for 100+. Then it seems the two of them barely went near the footy for 30 minutes...

Might’ve been at 3 qtr time. The fanfooty DT qtr scores show Rockliff only got 4 pts in the last and Boak only got 9 pts. Meanwhile R Gray came back after a slow start with only 12 pts in the first half.

Rockliff also only had 59% game time for some reason. That's worrying.

At this point in the season I feel it's more important to fill out the starter spots than to chase cash.
But I'm really tempted this week to jump on both Redman and Battle (for Holman and Fritsch) as it'll give me 7 trades remaining and $646k in the bank which is enough I think to then bring in Crisp and a top mid (Oliver/Danger/Treloar) next week then probably Toby Greene or McLean to complete my side by round 17.
And means I'd still have pretty useful bench cover in Richards, Redman, Brayshaw, Phillips, Ahern, Higgins, Keeffe (for moving Silicy around) with one of them being traded out for Greene/McLean in the final trade.

I could alternatively miss on Battle and bring Crisp in this week, but then I'd still be on 7 trades and need to trade 2 down and 2 up; finding new players on the bubble like Battle I think will become harder now?

I'd really wanted to keep Fritsch all year as he's perfect bench cover; ever-present and consistent scorer, but the value is too much to not cash in now I reckon.

I am watching the game right now as had it recorded, and honest I can't even tell where Rocky is playing. He seems to be around the ball a lot on the defensive side of centre, which implies he might be playing off halfback which can't be right. Powell-Pepper is playing the defensive mid role (and doing it well)... Wines doing the extracting and Wingard getting a fair bit of middle time. I reckon maybe that explains Rockliff's low game % time; others are doing his favoured roles better.
If I trade him though it'll be a luxury one as I was hoping on him being Midfielder #8.

I always thought best case was Rockliff as M8, but more likely as M9 as his role tends to change a lot from game to game, even within games. It would be risky to have him as a permanent M8 in my opinion. At the moment he's my M9.

There was talk that Redman may have copped an injury in the 4th quarter, not sure whether he is fine to play this weekend but I hope he is.

Personally I would go 1 down 1 up this week even if it means missing out on a rookie you think will score well and/or gain cash (whether that is Redman or Battle).
