A long round of footy saw some great scoring from Gawn, Fyfe, Cripps and others and some disappointing scores from the likes of Dusty and Titch and another suspension for Sicily.

Scores seem to be final in SC - congrats to Wu Tang Clan who scored the highest in my 3 TS leagues, the 25% mark was 2239 and 50% mark was 2170.

Let us know how you went !

2119 for me with 2 wins and 2 losses.Dusty as Captain and Tich as VC didn't help but biggest failure was Kent who was injured in the first qtr and only scored 28. If only supercoach had a hindsight button - I could have made Gawn Captain, had another 70 points and won all leagues!

2119 too and I dare say I will not be in the top ten when lockout finishes.

      Edit: dropped to 124th

2213 in the end. Better than I was expecting after Friday night.

Heroes - Gawn, Fyfe, Cripps, Sicily
Villains - Parker, Franklin, TMitch, Martin, O'Meara

      Rank dropped slightly to 569th.

2252. Up about 500 spots to 1037, so I gained back the spots I lost last week. Five :donut:'s on the bench is a concern though. Hoping to get a couple back this week, or possibly trade some out.

2149 sees me drop 844 to 1430... guess I should be happy to be close’ish after two poor weeks in a row now

2173 for me. Stayed steady at about 5.7k rank.
Disappointed with that TBH. Spuing I had Doedee on the bench.

And bloody Hibberd. I think I gotta trade him now, but surely he’ll come good at some point.

2262 - Won all my leagues - I was lucky that Fritz didn't play which allowed me to loophole Fyfe

      Now about Sicily

Pretty happy with 2290 as saw a clean sweep of leagues and move up 3k places to just outside 3k. Same hindsight wish as Royboy regarding the could of been score with C on Gawn rather than Martin.

This week will be interesting for me with Sicily, Buddy, Fritsch and ZGL all in my forward line.... what else will get thrown at me

2135 and actually scraped through with wins in all leagues except the TS Cash League. My opponent scored 2387!
My forward line is in tatters at the moment. I've been forced to juggle Caddy's absence. I decided to drop Taberner for Round 5, which looked the wrong choice when he scored 40 odd in the first quarter. Then it looked a master stroke when he went off injured. However I traded him for Kent!

Fritch being left out forced me to make a choice tween Guelfi and Higgins. I chose Guelfi as my feel is that Higgins goes out when Caddy returns.

Now Buddy is out! So going in to this round my forwards are: Franklin (out), D Smith, Petracca, Caddy (hopefully back in), Kent (out), English, Guelfi and L Ryan.

I have 620k and I'll be upgrading Bonner to Yeo. If didn't have injuries the other move would have been Holman - Merrett.
So my thoughts are to bring in K Lambert for either Buddy or Kent. I'm initially leaning towards replacing Buddy and holding Kent for a few weeks because he still has some grazing to do whereas Buddy will drop further at which time I can upgrade any of the forwards when the time is right. But Buddy sounds like he will be out for 1 week only and he is just as likely to score 150 as he is to score 50. His injury does have the potential to linger though. Agggghhhhhh!!!!!!

The extra cash will be used to bring in Danger/Martin and probably Crouch to replace Holman/Kelly and Finlayson (or Coffield). Playing mids are Titch/Fyfe/Cripps/Coniglio/Parker/Kelly/Finlayson/Holman

Any thoughts besides "Sucks to be you"???

Thumbs up - Trade out Buddy, bring in Lambert ($497k left)
Thumbs down - Trade out Kent, bring in Lambert (312k left)
1 - Trade out Buddy, bring in Gray ($385k left)
2 - Trade out Kent, bring in Gray ($200k left)

2242 improvement on last week, although I'm sure I had under performing premos e.g Dusty,Mitchell to name 2 that y'all probably had. Moved up 8213 places, which only regained some of what I lost in last weeks debacle .

Fritsch named meaning I have him and Barry back in and only Murphy and D Fogarty not playing (as well as Josh Kelly)..

I need to be moving Fogarty on as well as someone in the low-mid $200k range like Rayner, Brayshaw or Naughton.

Ronke, Shipley, McInerney, Worpel, Spargo and Petruccele are all playing their first games this week. Even if a couple are Anzac related there should be some decent choices for pre-Round 7 and pre-round 8 downgrades.
