The 29ers support the ORFFF Commission in this commendable initiative and look forward to another incident free home match aside from constant crowd abuse to both teams and are ordering in another tanker full of beer and spirits to reduce the probability of a riot should the bar run dry before the game has been completed. Good luck @tyze1 and the Fugs this week.

The Virgin's finish on 1,437/15 95.8 to the White Pointers @Bearfly on 1,329/15 88.6 in a high scoring affair.
Unofficial scores have the 13 player 29ers side managing a triple figure win against the Fugs @tyze1 (1215-1108)
Mole Creek thumped the Avengers, the Whales @Darran opened their account with a 2 point upset of the Shags in the long distance derby and the Woylies outclassed the Ducks in the highlights of a very civilised round of non rivalry footy. Other winners this week were Maralinga, Useless Loop, Neptune Island, Drouin and Black Swamp. The ladder after 8 rounds now shows a clear top 6 with the chasing 10 teams all within 2 games of 7th position and it appears that 7 wins may be enough to make the 2023 ORFFF finals. Midseason dates should be announced soon and ORFFF teams will be sizing up the Free Agent pool and considering which spuds to trade or delist in order to make room for fresh talent in the June window.
