$$$ Value of 1 trade

    (not sure if this has been asked before, i'm new here)

    Let's say u have Rookie A, but Rookie B (whom you don't have) looks like he's going to score better and finish with a higher peak value... how much more would Rookie B have to peak in price over Rookie A (expected peak) for it to be worth using a trade to move from A to B???

    My estimate would be about 180k to justify using a trade to go from 1 to another.

    What do you guys think?

    i reckon you are about spot on with that estimate.

    in some cases less could be justifyable too.

    last year, Walesy wrote a good piece about the value of trades. and came to the conclusion that for a trade to be worthwhile, it should get you $200k.

    but that was last season, and things are different this year. I havent done any proper research into it, but i reckon it may be lower this year... To catch rookies rising on their first rise, i think I may be offloading other rookies before they get to the $200k increase, just to get upgraded asap.
