A bit of a puzzling decision for me, unless the SC powers that be think the SC output of the banned players will fall by 10% after adjusting for age and other factors. As Walesy mentions the three H's are the ones I will consider, along with the large number of SC relevant players I suspect will be bargain priced due to injury affected 2015 outputs.
