<p style='font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; line-height: 18px;]The last week in Supercoach saw some massive scores around the leagues, even with several popular stars under-performing. This week unfortunately we also need to contend with all the outs, so far Watson, Dangerfield, Stevie J and Pav are all out and several more are still in doubt. With that in mind we've taken a look at some more POD choices this week, and have come up with a couple of good ones.
<p style='font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; line-height: 18px;]The Best Buy of the week is ROK, as I'm sure you gathered from the title, who has been in great form recently averaging 125 over his last 3 games and as usual standing up when it counts. A key part of the Swans structures and a previous SC champion O'Keefe is in surprisingly few teams so far, and could provide a great edge for those teams still battling it out for the overall.

    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]DEFENSE
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]ROOKIES
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Mitchell Clisby (MEL) DEF 183.7k 61 +28k
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Clisby gets a mention again this week, as he remains the stand-out defensive downgrade. Priced at just over 180 grand and likely to rise another 28 this week he seems like a solid choice as emergency cover.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]MID-PRICERS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Pearce Hanley (BRI) DEF 434.7k 99
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Hanley is facing another 26 grand price rise this week, and as mentioned last week the Lions have a ripping draw right up until the Supercoach grand final where they play Geelong at the Cattery. Hanley is great value at the moment, and should be able to at least maintain his average. Pearce continues to grow in popularity, and is now in around 72,000 sides.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Nick Malceski (SYD) DEF 486.1k 97
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Malceski has been getting a bit of media attention recently, after some excellent form this season and some interesting statistics, and is also worth a good look for your Supercoach side. Averaging 97 and priced at around that mark he will probably increase over 20 grand in price this week and is a good POD in only 16,000 teams to date.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Garrick Ibbotson (FRE) DEF 485.3k 101
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Ibbo is working hard to try and make himself a regular, but is still some way off yet. Now averaging 101 for the year he may see a slight price drop this week, up to 3 grand, but has been generally good this season and well worth a look. Still only in 33,000 teams he offers some reasonable POD value and is currently priced well.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Ricky Henderson (ADE) D/F 365.6k 75
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Henderson is an interesting POD choice this week, but primarily one that coaches who already have Staker may consider. Priced at 365 grand and averaging 75 for the year Henderson has been in better form lately, averaging 97 over the last 3 games, but his main value will be in creating a D/F link with two likely playing back-ups. Certainly not one for everyone, Ricky is now in about 3,500 teams.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]REGULARS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Brendon Goddard (ESS) D/M 521.4k 105
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]MIDFIELD
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]ROOKIES
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Matthew Arnot (RIC) MID 115.9k 76 +69k
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Arnot has been good for the Tiges in his first 2 games at the top level, averaging 76 and he'll now be facing a price rise of nearly 70 grand come his next one. Probably won't be a hugely popular choice, except maybe with SCSS, as the midfield bench spots are very highly valued at this stage of the season.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]MID-PRICERS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Joel Selwood (GEE) MID 533.7k 110
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Ducky is looking at another 30+ grand price rise this week, and with Geelong's recent efforts should be on everyone who doesn't already have him's radar. Still an excellent price, now a little over 530 grand, Selwood has a good draw for the rest of the season and should continue to perform.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Jarrad McVeigh (SYD) MID 529.6k 109
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]McVeigh stands out this week as an excellent POD option. Averaging 109 for the year, and 119 for his last 3 games, he is cheaply priced at under 530 grand and only in around 6,000 teams. The Swans do have a pretty tough road to the finals, but the hard games are the ones that players like McVeigh generally stand up in.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Travis Boak (PTA) MID 504.7k 106
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Boak has lived up to expectations this season, consistently being among Port's best and managing to average 106 for the year so far on the SC front. Priced well at a touch over 500 grand he offers good POD value to his 9,000 coaches and makes for excellent bench cover. Boak will be well worth considering starting with next season.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Nathan FYFE (FRE) MID 476.4k 105
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Fyfe's form continues to go up and down, but also continues to keep his average the right side of 100 and his price is now the right side of 500 grand. Now at just over 475 grand and averaging 105 he offers good value, and again even better value as cover, but won't be jumping too drastically in price over the next couple of weeks.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Jack Steven (StK) MID 516.4k 104
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Steven has really stepped up this season, meaning he is now averaging 104 for the year and priced at around 515 grand. The Saints need some of their younger players to start taking more of the load, and so far Steven fits that bill. A player to watch for the future, currently in only 5,000 squads he is a smoky for those looking for a POD for this season too.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Daniel Hannebery (SYD) MID 455k 99
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Hannebery is another player that will be worth looking at including in your starting side next season, and while inconsistent to date this year his good games have been excellent. Priced now at 455 grand while averaging 99 he offers good value and will likely rise by nearly 20 grand this week. Sitting comfortably in around 23,000 teams Dan is still fairly unique but has certainly grown more of a following.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]PREMIUMS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Ryan O'Keefe (SYD) MID 569.4k 109
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]The Best Buy for the week, ROK is in stellar form at the moment and looks to be leading the Swans home in their quest for back-to-back flags. Priced at just under 570 grand and averaging 109 for the year his recent form is verging on career best numbers. The 125 average over his last 3 matches I mentioned in the intro, however the stat I left out is his average over 5 is a nearly-as-impressive 121. Similar to McVeigh, ROK can be relied upon when it matters, and is so far in a tiny 8,000 teams.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] David Mundy (FRE) MID 555.4k 107
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Mundy is another player in great recent form, easily topping his season average of 107 over his last 3 matches to manage 126. Again he will be critical to Freo's finals campaign, and with Pav back out for another few weeks the focus will remain on the Dockers midfield. Mundy has so far been backed in by only 15,000 coaches but that number will surely grow.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]REGULARS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Scott Pendlebury (COL) MID 648k 130
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Dane Swan (COL) MID 583.1k 118
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]RUCK
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]MID-PRICERS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Patrick Ryder (ESS) R/F 483.6k 95
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Paddy Ryder has been serviceable this year, without really taking the step up a fair few were hoping. Even with his DPP status he didn't really provide the value sought of him over the first half of the year but has started showing a bit more so far in the back straight. Averaging around 100 for both his last 3 and 5 games he hasn't been a star, but with 19,000 selections and priced at under 485 grand he's still a sight better than Jacobs has been.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]PREMIUMS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Matthew Kreuzer (CAR) RUC 520.5k 96
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Kreuz is currently the SC shining light at Carlton, his 3 match average of 118 lifting his season's average up to 96. His 5 match average of 110 is nothing to be ashamed of either, although his price is closer to his current averages than his season overall. Around 26,000 teams have got the big Kreuz, but with Minson and Goldy not much more expensive I can't see that changing too dramatically.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Jarryd Roughead (HAW) R/F 547.7k 103
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Roughie has been in solid form recently, averaging 111 from his last 3 games and 114 from his last 5 to make it 103 for the year. Reasonably popular now in just under 70,000 sides he is a bit over-priced on his overall numbers but on current form he is still decent value. Even though he hasn't spent as much time in the ruck, his DPP is still a handy option to have in your side.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]REGULARS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Will Minson (WBD) RUC 548.5k 113

    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]FORWARD
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]ROOKIES
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Thomas Lee (StK) FWD 183k 58 +46k
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Tom Lee isn't on the bubble this week, but since making his return to the big time he has put in 2 good games and is facing a 46 grand price rise after his next match. Still priced at under 185 grand he is a reasonable choice but his job security remains unknown, however well out of finals contention now the Saints may look to get more games into their younger players and rest their stars a little for next year.
    [span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]MID-PRICERS
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Brent Harvey (NM) M/F 498.6k 105
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Boomer keeps on keeping on, averaging 116 over his last 3 games after a couple of poorer efforts, but generally making a great addition to the 23,000 teams who now have him. His price is sitting nicely, just under the 500 grand mark, but will likely rise by around 20 grand after the big Friday night game against the Blues.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Chris Mayne (FRE) FWD 446.7k 91
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Mayne had a great Derby, bringing his average for the year to 91 and for the last 3 games to 102. Priced well at under 450 grand he is a big POD, in only 8,000 teams so far, but generally his scoring hasn't quite been up to the level required for most.
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';] Jason Winderlich (ESS) FWD 407.3k 80
[span style='font-family: 'Times New Roman';]Winderlich is similar to Mayne, in that he has had a decent season but with the exception of his last game failed to really fire. Averaging 80 but priced accordingly at a bit over 400 grand he is probably best only viewed as an emergency cover option, even though he has nearly 9,000 selections so far.
