With some big matches this weekend there are sure to be some massive scores floating around, so we'll be looking at who these scores will likely come from.

The Hawks defender has continued to dominate the backline and is now tied with Pendles as the 4th highest scorer for the season to date, making him excellent value and a great pick-up.

    DEFENSE
    MID-PRICERS

Charlie DIXON (GCS) DEF 455.2k 108
Cheerable Charlie didn't get a mention last week as his injury status was still unkown, but after playing and tonning up once again he looks to be unimpeded. Playing the Giants this weekend, who don't exactly have the best ruck or defense going around, Dixon should score well once again for his sub 20,000 coaches.

    Hamish Hartlett (PTA) D/M 489.6k 106
Hartlett bounced back in a good display, and at still under 500 grand he still looks to offer good value in the backline. Might not average the 120 some were hoping for, but should still be 100+. Currently in almost 40,000 teams.

    PREMIUMS

Grant Birchall (HAW) DEF 563.4k 128
Birch is the best defender going around this season, averaging a midfielder-like 128 and still priced at around 560 grand. Currently in only around 37,000 teams, if he can keep this form up he is a must have defender, if you can swing it without hurting your team, get him in now. 4th highest scorer overall this season, tied with Pendles.

    Bryce Gibbs (CAR) D/M 507.3k 107
If you're not one of the 150,000+ coaches with Gibbs already in your squad, you should try and bring him in this week or next. Averaging 107 and priced at under 510 grand he offers great value, and on average will lose around 3k this week. Probably not worth waiting the week for.

    MIDFIELD
    <strong style='font-size: 13.63636302947998px;]ROOKIES[/b]

    Michael EVANS (MEL) MID 115.9k 82 +77k
Evans came out of nowhere really to score 116 for the Dees and find his way onto a lot of radars. Personally though I won't be jumping on, as even with that score his average is 82 over his 2 games this season and he kicked a few goals to put the Demons in the lead in the final quarter which must have added a lot to his score and can't be expected regularly.

    Taylor DURYEA (HAW) MID 115.9k 61 +49k
Duryea I must say I haven't seen much of, but his averages look decent. Uncertain job security, but expected to rise around 50 grand when he plays his next match.

    MID-PRICERS

Travis Boak (PTA) MID 540.1k 117
Boak has continued to perform well, and so has his team. Averaging a nice 117 and still fairly cheap he looks like rising around 13 grand this week and more in the weeks to come. Only in around 8,000 teams so looking like a great POD.

Nathan FYFE (FRE) MID 544.5k 114
Fyfe has also kept up his solid scoring and is set to rise around 8 grand this week if his shoulders manage to stay attached. Priced fairly well, but always a risky proposition, Fyfe is in around 60,000 teams this year.

Tom LIBERATORE (WBD) MID 477.6k 110
Libba is still looking like a solid pick, but for those still hesitant his price is set to stay pretty level this week so it might be worth holding off to get another look. Averaging 110 for a sub 480 grand he offers great value and is still a POD in only 9,500 teams.

Adam Cooney (WBD) MID 475.2k 110
Coons has looked back to his best this season and the 5,000 odd coaches who have him are more than pleased with their return. An average of 110 and still only 475 grand if his knee's really are that much better, he could be worth a sneaky selection.

    PREMIUMS

Kane Cornes (PTA) MID 580.2k 142
I'm starting to think that Kornes is doing this just to make me look stupid, so I've decided to stop mentioning how dodgy I think he is selection-wise. Averaging 142 in an undefeated Port side he is the leading scorer this season in SC and currently only in 6,500 teams. If he maintains this form on the weekend he'll crack 600 grand.

Joel Selwood (GEE) MID 619.9k 126
Ducky will likely drop slightly in price this week, but when he's averaging 126 for around 620 grand he's already offering pretty decent value. His ability to remain conscious during matches remains in doubt, but around 32,000 coaches have been willing to take the punt so far. Excellent game on the weekend.

Trent Cotchin (RIC) MID 622.3k 121
Cotch has been pretty much what was expected, averaging 121 and scoring consistently. He will likely have a minor price drop this week, but is pretty much priced at his average for the moment. Popular player, he's in around 84,000 squads.

Brett Deledio (RIC) MID 616.2k 117
Lids has kept his solid form going and is averaging 117 and still slightly behind Cotch. He is also likely to drop in price this week, it will be interesting to see who Crowley plays on as well, but a Richmond 1-2 combo with Cotch and Lids look a dangerous midfield.

    RUCK
    PREMIUMS

    Dean Cox (WCE) R/F 622.4k 120
Big Coxy has continued to do what he should, and is averaging 120 as the leading ruck once again this season. Priced at just over 620 grand he isn't amazing value, but his scores and the fact Nicnat is still at least a few weeks off returning indicate he's still worth it. 135,000 selections mean there are still a few teams missing out.

Will Minson (WBD) RUC 545.3k 117
Wilbur is still offering great value, averaging 117 and priced at under 550 grand, and a certain POD with under 10,000 picks so far. Break-out season for the big-man, and looks likely to keep it going.

Todd Goldstein (NM) RUC 513.4k 106
Goldy has been performing fairly well, averaging 106 and looking like dropping slightly in price again this week. His 513 grand price tag fits his average, but a few coaches worried about the Majak effect has kept him to only 26,000 selections to date.

    FORWARD
    ROOKIES

    Sam Mayes (BRI) M/F 164.5k 75 +55k
Mayes has looked good in the little we've seen of him, averaging 75 in his first 2 games he is looking like rising around 55 grand after his next game. A solid pick in a time when there aren't many forward rookies around he will likely be a popular trade-in this week.

    MID-PRICERS

    Andrew Walker (CAR) M/F 481.9k 113
Walks has seen a change in role under Mick Malthouse, and his SC scores have benefited from it. Averaging 113 as a forward he's in the leading group, and priced at around 480 grand he offers great value and is set to rise around 30 grand this week. Around 21,000 picks so far show that he is still a reasonable POD.

    PREMIUMS

Justin Westhoff (PTA) FWD 572.4k 141
The Hoff has now just been pipped by Kornes as the leading scorer for this season, he is well ahead of the pack averaging 141 and likely to rise another 40 grand this week. The debate of whether or not he has truly broken out is starting to lessen, but many coaches are still wary. Now in 31,000 teams.

    Cyril Rioli (HAW) M/F 530k 108
Cyril has been solid this season, averaging 108 and priced at 530 grand. His midfield time is working in his favour, and he is offering great value in the forward line if he can remain injury free. Rioli has made his way into 26,000 teams, and will be gaining popularity by the week.

    WAITING LIST

    Gary Ablett (GCS) MID 681.2k 130 -16k
    Sam Mitchell (HAW) MID 576.4k 112 -27k
