Just a thought if you are lucky enough to have 2 players on the pine during the byes that could play but not sure who to field , Im not sure who to play out of crouch or martin (pies) , so I thought if I put vlaustin on the field and put an emergency on both crouch and martin , due to the byes taking the highest 18 scores as opposed to a normal week where the lowest scoring emg would get taken, it should allow me to double dip and if both scores are in the best 18 will work out well!!!!

Should be able to do this over the 3 bye rounds to save having a wasted scoring player on the bench and guessing who and who not to field??

    Good plan??

Don't think this works, as it'll only take one emergency, regardless. Its the best 18 on field, and your emergencies will fit into that 'on field' total as per normal.

    There's an alternative...
You make the player that plays first, of the two bench/field choices your emergency. Use a non playing player as your f6/m8. Then watch them play their game. If they dominate, you leave the non player on the field and the emergency you want takes their place. If they spud it up, then swap the nonplayer out for the other option and you'll get their score...
Does that make sense? Basically exactly the same as the captain's loophole.
