What a crap way for a great bloke and capped player to finish his career !!. He deserved so much for his time and I really feel for the bloke. Know the Swans will do all they can to give him a good send off , but being stuck on 199 and finishing with injury is just wrong. All the best from me and I'm sure plenty more fans for one of the quiet achievers of the game.
Reminds me of the way Brian Royal finished his playing career too, also stuck on 199 games (and 299 goals). Achilles brought him down and denied the milestones. Similarly a crap way to go out.
