Get anaother mid premium in there pronto. You'll need to trade heavily in the next month+ to get your team upgraded. L Anthony seems to be stuck in the 2s so maybe downgrade Lester/Guthrie to Puopolo and upgrade Anthony to whoever you can afford - Mundy/Boyd/Pendles/Swan etc. Rucks are ok as Goldy is playing well. Just keep downgrading and upgrading.
