Gary Ablett Jnr is on track to become the first player to win back to back brownlow medals since Robert Harvey achieved the feat in 97 and 98, after polling three votes in a best on ground performance against the Power.  With his first best on ground performance of the year, the games premier player moves into outright first on a total of 7 votes.

Jared Brennan joins Brown, Riewoldt and Barlow in equal second place, in his second BOG for the year.

A little more unexpected, is James McDonald and Michael Rischitelli joining Ben McGlynn in equal sixth place, with each player earning 2 votes to back up their best on ground performances from the previous week.

This weeks guaranteed three was a little harder to choose - however have given it to GAJ with his 37 possession 3 goal performance against the power.  Dal Santo, Moloney and Judd should be other safe 3 vote winners for this week.
