Joel Selwood rumour

    Has anyone else heard the rumour that Selwood will be rested this week?

    Personally I'm hoping they rest Chappy, but if I have Ablett and Selwood missing this week I'll be in the crapper!

    Ahh thought you were going to mention an injury when I opened this thread..

    Selwood rested? What for??

    He just played his 4th game in a row after suspension and finding some awesome form...

    They have a bye next week...

    I very highly doubt he would be rested for 2 weeks!

    I wouldnt worry about it!

    Personally i'm hoping they rest nobody, with a bye in the following week surely there wouldn't be a need to.

    Would think Ottens might be a good one to rest so I can have Vardy in my team this week!

    Maybe a good time for a rest for SJ.

    But I've heard Chappy and not Selwood on the grapevine FWIW

    Ottens was rested last week Lucas!!! :D

    Also Lucas, any truth in Cloke & Pendles possibly being rested with "general soreness" this weekend?

    as long as pendles doesnt get the Higgings version of General soreness which is essentially a LTI (6-8weeks)

    Think Collingwood will go full throttle this week and over the next 3 rest players , trip to Perth home against Lions and we all know about the last round with the cats

    Also no way in hell Joel will rested but the bald nugget will just to piss me off

    yeah it will piss me off wildly too fez as i have him in both sc and dt and have tough games that i really need to win this week to skip over the cats bye and neither oppenent has him so im bracing for the worst.

    If anyone gets hit with a baseball bat at selection i just know it will be me and not them!! On chappy I'll probably trade him out of spite if hes rested this week. have selwood in sc as well but couldnt see them resting him thats for sure, but all will be revealed in less than 24 hours...

    If Chappy is rested I will far can pewk !!. Waited all year for some form and now he is giving me a flicker of hope ??.............Would be sick.

    So have two of the teams I'm playing this week. It would be handy if he knocked out 25 points, so that I could trade JRoo for him Prelim final week. :)
