i think its been confirmed that leon neon has walked away from collingwood after being unable to agree on terms to a new contract. Where does everyone think he's headed next?
Dunno. Could be a ploy just like Toovey. The worst thing is that Pickering is an experienced manager, and Davis could easily walk for nothing via the PSD. Apparently the Pies were giving a range of options to WCE/Freo in trade period but none were accepted (fair enough if he was going to walk anyway) Ah well about time Freo screwed Collingwood in the draft. Mind you, would be surprised if another team could get him the money the Pies would be offering under veterans list in either the AFL (WCE/Freo/Adel/Port) or WAFL/SANFL.
