My only comment is on MID. No Ablett/Pendles/Swan is quite a risk to take, especially as they are reliable captain choices.

Add Cox to that list of omissions. Do you think that all of Pendlebury-Ablett-Swan-Cox will drop their SC output overnight? Starting with none of these guys is just asking for trouble. I could understand leaving one out on a hunch, or maybe two at a stretch. But all four is just crazy.

    Duly noted.

I do have a couple of questions if anyone cares to help.

McCarthy vs Parker (PPG vs JS)

    Hall vs Dickson

Cotchin + my 100k in the bank vs Ablett

PS I also have Christensen in my FWD line. Worth it or downgrade to Cripps and use the or save the cash

    Cheers

McCarthy and Parker are similar options for SC. Both mid-priced, should improve after decent preseasons. Both a long way from the top echelon of SC scoring though so you will still need to upgrade them at some stage of the season if you want the top 6 MIDs by the pointy end of the season. The more mid-priced options you start with, the riskier your team's prospects. It might reap big rewards, but it might lead to needing additional trades too before too long if the mid-pricers disappoint early.

I have Dickson in front of Hall at the moment. Still a bit of time to go though. Hard to see GC forwards doing particularly better in 2012 than they did in 2011. Might win 3 games this year, but struggle to see much more than this.

GC forwards were nice little coneys in 2011. Delicious and fat, weren't they precious.
