It is now important for everyone to update their trading block. This allows other teams in your league to see what players are available for trade and what players are untouchable. Trading is one of the key parts of the game and can become very addictive!

All trades take 48 hours to go through and league members have the opportunity to veto the trade if they wish to do so.
