Even though the finals are on now, Im sure most of us are more focused on Supercoach this week... I know I am.

It will just be a short writeup this week - over the break, Ill only review the one game from last week, and will preview the 4 games in our finals.

Weve still got plenty of spots in our DreamTeam league as well...  let us know if you want to join it.

Just before the break, Ive gotta mention the mighty Bulls! How are they going lately! pretty happy, but spewin I havent been able to watch any of their games. Lets hope Derrick Rose can keep up his good form and help me through the playoffs. ;)

Ok so there were only 2 real big games going on last week. DSK v Wade Machine and Elbonanzas v Pikus United. We had our first draw of the season in one of them - would have been interesting if it wasnt between two winless teams with no players in them...

In the game of the week, it was Wade Machine that dominated and powered to a 350 point win! <a href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/boxscorefull?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=15&amp;scoringPeriodId=146&amp;seasonId=2011&amp;view=matchup&amp;version=full" target="_blank">Click HERE to have a look a t the box score if you want, but here is a quick summary:

DSK actually jumped out of the blocks quickly and were leading after the first day. That lead was quickly wiped out on day 2, but there still wasnt much in it, with only 2 days remaining. But Wade Machine played well down the stretch to outscore DSK by 517 to 239 over those final 2 days combined. And DSK actually had more games played over the week than WM as well - but the difference was - DSK used all 5 acquisitions to get maximum games played, whereas WM had most of their best players playing on court and didnt actually use any acquisitions. Dans players were all far too consistent when on the court - he had a whopping 7 players score over 100, and another 3 on at least 79. WM best were Nowitzki (205 from 4), Delfino (174 from 4), Wade (169 from 4), Allen (144 from 4), Horford (140 from 4), LRMaM (133 from 4) and Conley (120 from 3). Best for DSK were Gortat (162 from 4), LWilliams (145 from 4), Nene (125 from 4), Pierce (119 from 4) and Crawford (117 from 4).

    Playoffs Week 1

So the win saw Wade Machine clinch the final playoff spot. Here are the 4 games happening this week in our playoffs - and its knock out all the way:

    #8 <a title="Wade Machine (Daniel Laengst)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=15&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Wade Machine v #1 <a title="Run TMC (Owen Beebe)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=19&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Run TMC

Run TMC have been the form team all season - only dropping 2 games along the way - and, despite Dans mighty lineup when fit, I think they will have to keep their form going this week. But it should be a cracking game!

    #5 <a title="Jasmines Mob (Jasmine Johnson)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=5&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Jasmines Mob v #4 <a title="Westside Hardcore (Michael Walters)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=6&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Westside Hardcore

Jasmine has only just limped into the playoffs. After starting the season extremely strong, they have not been putting up very high scores of late; Wheres Westside Hardcore team have been fairly consistent and should do enough this week - Another great matchup though!

    #6 <a title="Fudges Sixers (Jim Tsilikas)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=16&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Fudges Sixers v #3 <a title="Kings of Karlos (Sean Minetti)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=10&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Kings of Karlos

Fudge has been in awesome form lately - winning his last 8 games - and is currently the only team that can still challenge for the Dirk Diggler award. Despite being the 3rd seed, Karlos actually has the 2nd best record in the league and is not far off matching Owen in that regard. He has been great over the season, but has had a few injuries lately, and I cant argue with the form of Fudges Sixers and they should get the job done.

    #7 <a title="Team anthak (Anthony Hack)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=1&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Team anthak v #2 <a title="Team HEAVER! (David Tong)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&amp;teamId=13&amp;seasonId=2011" target="_top">Team HEAVER!

Only Owen has scored more points than Heaver this season, so he deserves the 2nd seed as the Serious Division Champ. I will have my work cut out for me this round obviously. Will be interesting to see if our recent trade has any influence on this match. I am hoping that JSmoove can come up with the goods now, as he hasnt done a lot for me. McGee has been excellent though. Gasol has been better for Heaver than he was for me, and Udrih has been consistent - without starring. Anyway - its finals now and my team are pumped! Im gonna tip Team anthak for the W.

4 awesome matches really!  Cant wait to see how they unfold - in between setting my SuperCoach team...
