It is hard to believe that we have now reached 10 rounds of the NBA.   There are now only 6 rounds left before the finals commence.

As usual I will do the review of the Premier League, Stowie will do the review of  Division One and Rev will do the review for Division Two.

    Premier League

With 6 rounds to go, Jasmine’s Mob is leading the way with a record of 8-2 followed by the Jug-O-Naughts (7-3) and Team Heaver (7-3).    The next team is Anthak with  a record of 6-4 followed by Run TMC with a record of 5-4-1 and then we have 4 four teams with a record of 5-5 (King of Karlos, Ruddy’s Cavaliers, Wade Machine and Westside Hardcore.  Fudge’s Sixers (2-8) and Linsanity 17 (1-9) will need a miracle to avoid relegation and the only team they can most likely catch is the Adelaide Maggotz (3-5-1).

    Linsanity 17  (1-9)    1595    v    Adelaide Maggotz   (3-5-1)   1335

Linsanity were able to finally post their first win of the season with a comfortable victory over the Maggotz.    DMC led the way with (257/4), followed by J Smoove (203/4) and Vucevic (170/3).  For the Maggotz, the leading scorers were Harden (259/4), Bosh (162/4) and Jennings (121/3).

    Anthak  (6-4)   1346   v  Ruddy’s  Cavaliers (5-5)   1237

This was a remarkable win considering Anthak played 7 games less than Ruddy.  He only had 10 players lining up this round and 8 of them managed to break the 100 pt mark.  LBJ was the best with (273/4), followed by Kobe (167/3) and Scola (135/4).  For Ruddy, the best players were Durant (198/4), Lopez (171/4) and Ibaka (171/4).

    Jasmine’s Mob  (8-2)   1601   v  King of Karlos   (5-5)   1437

Once again Jasmine scored the highest score for the round and was able to get the win over Karlos.  The leading scorers for Jasmine were CP3 (234/4), Batum (189/4) and Parker (168/4).  For Karlos, D- Will (203/4) was the best followed by Gortat (157/4) and Deng (129/3).

    Wade Machine (5-5)   1237   v   Westside Hardcore (5-5)   1196

This match went right down to the wire and Westside needed a big last day if they were to get the win over Wade Machine.  But unfortunately they fell 39 pts short and fall back into the pack of teams with a record of 5-5.  Wade Machine has now posted consecutive wins and were led by Wade (173/4), Millsap (155/3) and Lou Williams (155/3).   For Westside, Aldridge (147/4) was the leading scorer followed by JJ (137/4) and Gallinari (136/4).

    The Jug-O-Naughts (7-3)  1318   v   Fudge’s  Sixers (2-8)   1244

Fez was able to build a sizeable lead at the start of this matchup and was able to claim a win over Fudge.  Carmelo (194/3) was the best followed by JR Smith (143/3) and Holiday (187/4).  For this round Timmy D (190/4) was the best for Fudge and then Pierce (130/3), Lawson (128/3).

    Team Heaver (7-3)   1528   v   Run TMC  (5-4-1)   1206

Heaver is on fire at the moment and this now makes 7 wins in a row.  Irving (176/3) was the best for Heaver followed by Conley (155/4) and Miller (149/4).  Run TMC is now only half a game of the pack on 5-5. Westbrook (156-3) was the leading scorer this round followed by Turner (126/4) and George (151/4).
