Premier League

With 3 round to go in the Premier League, there are 7 teams now fighting for the last 2 final spots. I would say Heaver and Mick are safe at 8-5, that then leaves Walesy (7-6), Fez (7-6), myself (6-7), Ant (6-6) , Jet (5-8 ), Owen and Ruddy (5-8) still in contention for the finals.

The next 3 rounds are going to sort out the contenders from the pretenders.

Westside Hardcore (8-5) 1476 defeated Feel the Love (6-7) 1336

Westside jumped out to a big lead after day 2 in this matchup and it was always going to be difficult for Feel the Love to close the gap from that point on. Games played were 48-42 in favour of Westside. Millsap was the star for Westside with (237-4), next best were Matthews (194/5) and Lowry (163/4). It was a so-so week for Feel the Love with some big scores and some low scores. The best players this were Love (173/3), Dragic (132/3), Turner (126/4).

    King of Karlos (11-2) 1996 defeated 3 Gasols (R Kelly) 1 Brow (5-8) 1528

Karlos nearly broke the magical 2000 pt mark this round which was a huge effort. Games played were 48-45 in favour of Karlos. He had 11 players break the 100pt mark this round and the best was Durant (236/4), followed by Oladipo (206/4) and Parsons (217/4). Jet will be looking to regroup this round as he needs to win this week to remain in contention for the finals. Jet's leading scorers this round were Pau Gasol (255/4), Monbrow (270/4) and Pek (132/3).

    Wade Machine (9-4) 1780 defeated Run TMC (5-8) 1725

This was the closest match in the Premier League this round and it came down to the last day where Wade Machine was able to hold off Run TMC in the last few games. Curry led the way for Wade Machine with (213/3) followed by Noah (201/4) and Gortat (185/4). Run TMC is another team who is facing a must win match next round in order to make the finals. Their leading scorers this round were LBJ (201/4), next best were Ibaka (196/4) and Drummond (182/4).

    Too Seriouseses (7-6) 1729 defeated Ruddy's Cavaliers (5-8) 1546

The Chief was able to halt the momentum of the Cavaliers who have been on fire lately after a slow start to the season. Games played were 50-44 in favour of Walesy. Uncle Drew was the best with (205/4), followed by George (189/4) and Meeks (178/4). Ruddy will be looking to bounce back this week as he is another person who faces a must win match this round. Wall led the way for Ruddy with (198/4), followed by T Young (188/4) and Jefferson (214/4).

    Anthak (6-7) 1528 defeated Jasmine's Mob (1-12) 1420

This match was very close after day 4 but Anthak was able to increase their lead day by day from that point on to claim a comfortable victory over Jasmine. Games played were 46-40 in favour of Anthak. Carmelo after his 62 pt game at MSG was the star of the show with (284-4), next best were Rolo (182/5) and Rubio (175/3). This has the been the season for hell for Jasmine and this week her best players were Augustin (187/4), Sideshow Bob (164/4) and D12 (162/4).

    The Jug O Naughts (7-6) 1720 defeated Heaver (8-5) 1593

The Jug O Naughts came to the fore when they really needed to and were able to post a good win over Heaver this round. Games played were 49-45 in favour of Heaver. LMA was a beast this round with (278/5), next best were Jamal Crawford (203/4) and Demar (192/4). Heaver's best players this round were Harden (179/4), Lawson (145/3) and Stephenson (160/4).

    Division One

    <p dir='ltr]Team Stowie (8-5) 1908 def Cyril33s Crushers (4-9) 1698

Ten players hit triple figures, including The Brow (270 / 4) and Ibaka (196 / 4) as Stowie managed to hold a lead established on the second day of the matchup. The Crushers were led by Millsap (237 / 4) and JCrossover (203 / 4) but Batum (154 / 5) disappointed in a five game week.

    Laino's Nuggets (5-8) 1218 def by Fudge Fudge (5-8) 1715

Fudge has turned his season around, winning three straight, but will it be too late? LMA (278 / 5), Gasol (255 / 4) and LBJ (201 / 4) all had tremendous weeks in the win. Leading the scoring for Laino's Nuggets were RoLo (182 / 5) and Taj Gibson (160 / 4) as the injuries continue to take their toll.

Crossy Crusaders (4-9) 1627 def by Mookie Blaylock Athletic Club (10-3) 1830

MBAC just keep on rolling with another big score and another win, handing Crossy loss number five on the trot. Parsons (217 / 4), Oladipo (206 / 4) and Blake (205 / 4) were all fantastic for MBAC. Crossy would've been expecting more from Lillard (135 / 5) and instead were led by a rampant Carmelo Anthony (284 / 4) who put together a massive week highlighted by a recording breaking 62 point game.

    Adelaide Maggots (10-3) 1717 def Travys Boys (4-9) 1327

There is no word to describe how hot the Maggots are right now, TEN STRAIGHT! Led by Noah (201 / 4), IT2 (197 / 4) and and DJA (187 / 4) there seems to be no stopping the Maggots. Travys Boys are finally recovering from injuries and were led by Lawson (145 / 3) and Jennings (159 / 4) while MGasol (67 / 3) and DWill (122 / 4) continue to find their feet.

Broady Broncos (6-7) 1170 def by The Raptors (8-5) 1607

The Raptors had a massive first day and never looked back. Leading the way were Al Jeff (214 / 4), MCW (187 / 4) and Harden (179 / 4) and a pickup of Bledsoe from the Waiver Wire possibly being the difference maker come finals time. The Brocos had a tough time of it losing Kemba and Rudy G during the matchup. THey were led by Ariza (189 / 4) and Lowry (163 / 4).

    Liquid's Sixers (5-8) 1636 def by CK Nicks (9-4) 1900

Eleven players in triple figures led CK to win number four in a row. Kyrie (205 / 4) found some form with Wes (194 / 5) and PG24 (189 / 4) continuing to play at a high level. A DMC (93 / 2) injury late in the week probably cost the Nicks a 2000+ score. L6 were led by top MVP candidate KD (236 / 4) with Meeks (178 / 4) and D12 (162 / 4) also providing big scores.

    Week 14 Matchups

    Laino's Nuggets (5-8) at Team Stowie (8-5)

    Cyril33s Crushers (4-9) at Crossy Crusaders (4-9)

Fudge Fudge (5-8) at Mookie Blaylock Athletic Club (10-3)

Broady Broncos (6-7) at Adelaide Maggots (10-3)

The Raptors (8-5) at CK Nicks (9-4)

    <p dir='ltr]Division Two
    <p dir='ltr]
No real close games, no trades, pretty standard week in Div 2 this week! Only 3 more games until playoffs!

    Round 13 results as follows:

    Biggest Losers (9-3) - 1804 def Greek Freak Love Favors (2-10) - 1471

Led by a 501 point first day, the Losers took their winning streak to 6 with an easy win over GFLF. The Losers seem to be hitting form a the right end of the season and team management are looking forward to the playoffs. Meanwhile GFLF suffered their 6th consecutive defeat and is staring down the barrel of relegation. GFLF was on top in the game count 50-47.
    Top performers:

THM got back on the winners list in this easy win, whilst sending SJM to its 6th consecutive loss. The Arrows took their record to a league leading 11-2 with another victory, this time over the Average Joes. GM Brett T will be hoping to hold on to the number 1 seed for home court advantage right through the playoffs. The Average Joes are currently tied for 3rd in their conference and will be hoping to secure a playoff spot over the remaining rounds. Games played were in the Arrows favour 46-43.

The match-up of the top two teams in the ‘Serious' conference ended with the top team securing the victory. Both of these teams hope to figure prominently in the playoffs in a couple of weeks, with Two Forty hoping they can secure the week off on the first round. Games played were 45-44 in Little Dee's favour.

    S Ibaka - 196/4
    D DeRozan - 192/4

    Doobia Dominators (5-7) - 1914 def Adelaide Celtics (3-9) - 1403

With the highest score for the round the Dominators took their winning streak to 4 with this absolute thrashing of the Celtics. After a shaky start GM Doobs is making a late-run at a playoff spot, but has he left the run too late? Meanwhile, the Celtics are in last place in their division and are looking a prime candidate for relegation. The Dominators smashed the game count 50-42.
    Top performers:
    Dominators: C Anthony - 284/4
    L Aldridge - 278/5
    W Matthews - 194/5
    Celtics: J Noah - 201/4

    C Bosh - 167/4

    Paky Ballers (6-6) - 1850 def Peg's Men Lethal (7-5) - 1351

With both teams very close in the standings this was a must win game for both teams, so the margin of victory was a bit of a surprise, with the Ballers winning by just under 500 points. With both teams now being tied 2nd in the ‘Serious' conference, it is going to be a big last 3 rounds for both teams. Games played were 50-43 in favour of the Ballers.
    Top performers:
    Ballers: P Gasol - 255/4
    K Durant - 236/3
    Jamal Crawford - 203/4

Nahla vs Little Dee (7-6) vs Paky Ballers (7-6)
Adelaide Celtics (3-10) vs Peg's Men Lethal (7-6)

    Division Three

    Wafty Boxes (8-5) 1844 d Shep's Superstars (3-10) 1415

The Boxes continued the recent good form this time accounting for Shep's Superstars on the back of a rejuvenated ka-PAU 255/4 ably assisted by Al Jefferson 214/4, LBJ 201/4, Noah 201/4 and Robin Lopex 182/5. The Superstars were led by Team USA snub John Wall 198/4 and a decent week from MKW 187/4. Marc Gasol 67/3 - not good enough

    Rusty Buckets (7-6) 1750 d Run T-Mull-C (2-11) 1403

Rusty was way too strong for T-Mull-C in this weeks match-up. Sharp shooter Chandler Parsons led the way with 217/4. Kyrie 205/4, Wes Matthews 194/5, Dj Augustin 187/4, Drummond 182/4, Beal 181/4, Varejao 164/4 and D12 162/4 spread the wealth against the unlucky TMC. Jodie Meeks 178/4, KLove 173/3 and Dunleavy 161/4 were the best of T-Mull-C that is still waiting for the return of Westbrook

    Nettin Blatche (9-4) 1679 d Dirty Hawes (10-3) 1531

Massive win to Blatche over the new equal number 1 Dirty Hawes. Steph Curry 213/3, B Griffin 205/4 and Oladipo 206/4 were too good despite 236 from even after sitting a game. Isaiah Thomas 197/4 and Rubio 175/3 were the only others to break 150 for the Hawes

    Let's Go Lillard (5-8) 1687 d Team ThreePEAT (7-6) 1544

LaMarcus Aldridge was the monster 278/5 that helped Let's Go Lillard get by in a relatively close one against Team ThreePEAT. Aldridhe was assisted by Ariza who chipped in with 189/4 of his own. ThreePEAT had 203/4 from J Crawford and 178/4 from Deandre but it wasn't enough.

    Team Mini's (7-6) 1640 d San Diego Anchormen (6-7) 1430

Team Mini's thanked the heavens for Melo when he contributed a massive 284/4 as they accounted for the Anchorman. Ibaka 196/4, Bosh 167/4, Stephenson 160/4, and Jameer Nelson 156/4 were the other contributors for Minis. Blatche 158/4, George Hill 157/4 and Batum 154/5 were the main men for the Anchormen

    Team ElBonz (10-3) 1666 d Big Shot Bob (4-9) 1638

The closest game of the round saw Team ElBonz just fall over the line against the luckless BSB. Millsap 237/4, Thaddeus 188/4, Gortat 185/4, Harden 179/4 and Lowry 163/4 were just good enough against the likes of Anthony Davis 270/4, Paul George 189/4 and Taj Gibson 160/4.
