Next week after the completion of Round 4, I will go through some of the stats for players. There have been some big movers and some big sliders in fantasy basketball.
However, this week I am bit pressed for time so we will go straight into the review. As usual I will do the review for the Premier League, Stowie will do the review for Div One and Rev will do the review for Div Two.
Please read over the break.

King of Karlos (2-1) 1481 v Run TMC (2-1) 1335
Karlos was able to build a very sizeable lead throughout this matchup and had enough pts in the bank to withstand the 384 pts scored by Run TMC on the last day to post a comfortable victory. Karlos played 3 more games than Run TMC and had 7 players break the 100 pts mark. Al Jefferson (177/4) led the way followed by Boozer (131/4) and Deng (143/4). Run TMC posted their first loss of the season but their team has been playing well in the first part of the season. The best playesr for Run TMC were Westbrook (234/4), Noah (175/4) and Gay (125/3).
Ruddy’s Cavaliers (2-1) 1368 v Fudge’s Sixers (0-3) 968
Ruddy was able to score a big win against Fudge this round. Fudge is just sitting tight at the moment trying to ride out storm until some of his key players come back from injury. Ruddy would have been happy with Durantula scoring 306 from 4 games who has backed up being picked number 2 in the draft. Monroe (194/4) was next followed by Ibaka (152/4). For Fudge he had to rely upon Pierce (172/5), J Rich (155/4) and Timmy D (138/3)
Adelaide Maggotz (2-1) 1461 v Wade Machine (1-2) 1093
The Maggotz showed no mercy to the Wade Machine this week who were knocked around with injuries to key players this week (Wade). The Maggotz had a whopping 8 players score more than 100 pts this round with Jennings the best with (200/3), Harden (180/4) and Bosh (152/4). The best players for Wade Machine were Millsap (171/4), KG (131/5) and Lou Williams (126/3).
Anthak (3-0) 1582 v Westside Hardcore (2-1) 1310
Anthak scored the second highest score for the round this week. His team is firing on all cylinders which is evidenced by him having 5 players who are currently averaging over 40pts a game which is quite unbelievable. Westside played 2 more games than Anthak this week but was still not able to make an impression on this matchup. Once again LBJ was best with (241/4), followed by Sideshow Bob (163/3) and Lilard (159/4). For Westside, the best players were Aldridge (154/4), Howard (139/3) and Felton (145/4).
Team Heaver (1-2) 1270 v Linsanity (0-3) 1243
Both teams were desperate to post a victory in this matchup to avoid going 0-3 for the season. This was the closest match of the round in the Premier League and it went right down to the final game where Linsanity needed Asik to score a reasonable score to get the win. But Asik went off in the second qtr to get stitches while at the same time Wes Matthews was piling on the points for Heaver. Both teams had players missing at various times during the week. The best players for Heaver were MO Williams (158/4), Matthews (148/4) and Hayward (118/4). Linsanity was best served by Dragic (178/4), J Smoove (138/3) and Asik (135/4).
The Jug –O-Naughts (2-1) 1635 v Jasmine’s Mob (1-2) 1542
Fez posted the highest score for the round and was able to knock off Jasmine in a very close fought battle. It says a lot about Jasmine’s team that Fez played 9 more games than her but was only just able to sneak over the line. The surprise packed Calderon (207/4) was the best player for Fez followed by Rondo (183/4) and Holiday (153/4). For Jasmine, the leading scorers were Batum (196/4), AK47 (151/3) and Parsons (175/4)
Division One
Team Stowie (2-1) (stowie) 1445 def The Bucks Fizz (0-3) (spm67) 834
With The Bucks Fizz MIA for the beginning of the matchup, Team Stowie was able to take a big lead winning every day until the last. It was Calderon (207 / 4) topping the scorers, relishing the starting gig for the Raptors while Lowry is unavailable. The Bucks Fizz had David Lee (133 / 3) lead their scoring with support from Melo (125 / 4). With a number of moves made on the last day, The Bucks Fizz will field a much stronger team against the Albert Park Rangers who are also searching for their first win.
Crossy Crusaders (3-0) (crossy) 1517 def Nahla Vs LittleDee (1-2) (rodgo) 1280
Crossy Crusaders were in charge of this matchup from the start with very strong performances over the first five days led by an unlikely type in Chandler Parsons (175 / 4) with the reliable PP34 (172 / 5) showing age is no barrier in fantasy hoops. Another ageing star led for Nahla Vs LittleDee with Kobe (188 / 3) capping the week with a triple double against the Rockets.
Albert Park Rangers (0-3) (bgt) 1410 def by Didnt Draft Durant (doh) (3-0) (Jet) 1576
This was a close matchup during the week with DDD(d) doing enough in the last two days to seal the win. With LBJ (241 / 4), Millsap (171 / 4) and Varejao (164 / 3) doing the job, Im sure DDD(d) isnt too concerned about missing out on Durant. The Albert Park Rangers will be looking to get on the winners list next week with a matchup against the The Bucks Fizz, who are also without a win. In order to do so, Jennings (200 / 3) will need to keep up his high level of play while Bucks team mate Ilyasova (38 / 3) will need to find the form he showed late last season.
Canuck Steelers (1-2) (UnderAchievers) 1348 def Broady Broncos (0-3) (nicksnow) 1246
After being pipped on the final day in the last two matchups, the Canuck Steelers finally held on for their first win of the year. It took a full team effort with eight players reaching the ton led by Bosh (152 / 4) and a pair Grizzlies, Gasol (131 / 4) and Gay (125 / 4). The Broady Broncos put in a big last day which wouldve scared Canuck Steelers. Leading scorers for Broady Broncos were Monroe (194 / 4) and Harden (180 / 4).
Everybody Loves Raymond (2-1) (Liquid_sixx) 1480 def Travys Boys (1-2) (travyboy11) 1158
Everybody Loves Raymond has had another big score this week and takes over as the highest point scoring team in the league. It was Batum (196 / 4), Mo Williams (158 / 4) and namesake Felton (145 / 4) leading the way this week. Travys Boys fought hard with Westbrook (234 / 4) and Thunder team mate Ibaka (152 / 4) providing the points but it was always going to be tough with a couple of players down.
CK Nicks (2-1) (costak) 1301 def by Mildura Dunkanauts (3-0) (walesy) 1478
The Mildura Dunkanauts stay undefeated as the CK Nicks have their first loss. 1st overall pick Durant (306 / 4) had an amazing week, including his first career triple double carrying the Dunkanauts. CK Nicks had seven players hit triple figures with Jefferson (177 / 4) and Deron Williams (164 / 3) at the top of the heap but it wasnt quite enough, especially after managing such a massive score the week before.
Division Two
Lainos Nuggets (3-0) 1667 defeated The Hinrich Manoeuvre (0-3) 1161
Lainos Nuggets have continued their early season good form with a 500 point win over Hinrich. Laino had some huge performances from Westbrook (234/4), Noah and Parsons (175/4 each), and Lillard (159/4). Hinrich also had strong rounds from Calderon (207/4) and Jefferson (177/4) however these were the only 2 to average over 40ppg for the round. Early season form suggests Laino is the team to beat.
SmokinJoe Misiti (2-1) 1252 defeated Amnesty Clause Candidates (0-3) 1082
Smokin Joe recorded their 2nd win of the season with a solid all-round performance against the winless Amnesty. No player scored over 150 for the week for Joe, however all of Parker, McGee, Asik, Gortat, Lee, Johnson, Ridnour, and Boozer managed to break triple digits. Amnesty was hurt by having no-one play 4 games for the week, with Sideshow Bob (164/4), Kirilenko (151/3) and Josh Smith (138/3) all having good weeks.
Mookie Blaylock Athletic Club (2-1) 1555 defeated The Raptors (2-1) 1232
Mookie returned to the winners list this week with a 300 point win over the previously undefeated Raptors. Batum (196/4), Deron (164/3) and Mo (158/4) were Mookies key performers, while The Raptors had strong weeks from Rondo (183/4) and Howard (139/3). The Raptors will be looking forward to the return of Kyle Lowry to help bolster his scoring power.
Doobia Dominators (1-2) 1437 defeated Six Ten Two Forty (2-1) 1279
6-10-240 came back down to earth this week with a loss to the previously winless Doobia Dominators. Doobias win came on the back of a massive 306 point week from KD, and backed up by Dragic (178/4) and sausage arms Felton (145/4). 610 had 17 players contribute during the week, with Millsap (171/4) Pierce (172/5) and Lopez (142/4) the better players.
Cyrill33s Crushers (2-1) 1611 defeated Gosford Gunners (0-3) 1005
A massive week this week from Cyrils Crushers saw a 600 point victory over the struggling Gunners. Lebron (241/4) and Jennings (200/3) both cracked the 200, while Monroe (194/4) and Holiday (152/4) also had big weeks. The Gunners had just 8 players contribute during the week, with both Nash and Nene listed as Out but neither being used on the IR spot. Kobe (188/3), Aldridge (154/4) and Ibaka (152/4) managed to get Gosford above 1000.
Pegs Men Lethal (3-0) 1455 defeated Adelaide Celtics (1-2) 970
Pegs Men continued their winning ways and joined Lainos Nuggets as the only undefeated teams, while the Celtics took the honour of the rounds lowest score. For Peg, Harden (180/4), Favors (142/4) and K-Mart (137/4) produced strong weeks, while the Wadeless Celtics saw Bosh (152/4) and KG (131/5) lead the team in scoring.
