Premier League
Feel the Love (4-5) 1358 defeated Ruddy's Cavaliers (2-7) 1340
The Cavaliers were very unlucky not to come away with the win in this matchup considering Feel the Love played 8 more games (44-36). If it was not for Lamb lighting it up in junk time for Feel the Love on the last day then the Cavaliers would have been able to hold on. The leading scorers for Feel the Love were Lee (167/4), Parker (145/4) and Love (142/2). For the Cavaliers, the best players were Al Jefferson (140/3), Afflalo (138/3) and Thad Young (138/2).
Run TMC (5-4) 1148 defeated Anthak (4-5) 1037
Run TMC were able to get the win over Anthak in a low scoring match this round. Games played were 43-37 in favour of Anthak. Run TMC have now won 3 games in a row and are on roll while Anthak is continually searching for right mix for his roster by hitting the FA acquisitions hard. This week Run TMC were best served by LBJ (173/3), Manu (161/3) and Jennings (135/3). Iggy came back into form for Anthak with (131/4), next best were Favors (111/3) and Calderon (109/3).
Too Seriouseses (5-4) 1451 defeated Jasmine's Mob (1-8) 1196
I keep looking at the standings at the end of each week and I look in disbelief to see Jasmine with only one win next to her name. Walesy took no mercy this week and handed out another loss to Jasmine. Games played were 35-33 in favour of Walesy. Uncle Drew led the way for Walesy with (242/4), next best were Bosh (206/4) and IT2 (173/3). This week the leading scorers for Jasmine were Tyreke (174/3), followed by Howard (193/5) and Chalmers (142/4).
King of Karlos (7-2) 1548 defeated Westside Hardcore (6-2) 1508
Two of the top teams in the Premier League went toe for toe in this matchup and it fully lived up to it's billing with Karlos claiming a hard fought win. I have a feeling these 2 teams will meet up again in the finals. Games played were 40-39 in favour of Karlos. Karlos had 3 players break the 200pt mark this round - Durant (218/3), Parsons (208/5) and Duncan (204/4). The best players for Westside were CP3 (248/3), Millsap (224/4) and J Hill (137/4).
Wade Machine (7-2) 1374 defeated The Jug O Naughts (4-5) 1372
This matchup went down to the wire and Wade Machine were able to grab a last minute win when MCW played well against a hapless Lakers team in the late game. Games played were 39-35 in favour of Fez. Wade Machine are rolling along very nicely at the moment and this week Curry (230/4) led the way followed by Dirk (168/3) and D Will (136/3). Fez will look to bounce back next round and his best players this week were DMC (185/3), K Thompson (163/4) and Vucevic (157/3).
Heaver (6-3) 1587 defeated 1 Gasol 1 Brow (3-6) 1172
This round Heaver was rocked by the injuries to Westbrook and Horford but he was still able to score a good win over 1 Gasol 1 Brow who is dealing with players out injured as well (M Gasol and Henson). Games played were 42-38 in favour of Heaver. Teague was the best for Heaver this week with (237/4), followed by Harden (165/5) and Korver (135/4). Jet's best players were Hayward (177/3), Brow (150/3) and Lin (122/5).
Division One
Laino's Nuggets (4-5) 1220 def by Adelaide Maggots (6-3) 1453
The Maggots incredible winning streak extends to six as PG trio Steph (230 / 4), IT2 (177 / 3) and TP (145 / 4) lead the way against the injury hit Nuggets. They were led by Dirk (168 / 3) but missed Deng and later would lose Westbrook for an extended period.
Crossy Crusaders (4-5) 901 def by The Raptors (7-2) 1376
Another winning streak continued as The Raptors now have four straight. Harden (165 / 4) and Al Jeff (140 / 3) led eight players over the hundred point mark for the matchup, while Crossy only had two reach that level in Hayward (177 / 3) and Brandon Knight (121 / 3).
Mookie Blaylock Athletic Club (7-2) 1519 def Travys Boys (4-5) 1288
Travys Boys slumped to a second straight loss as league leaders MBAC got back on the winners list. Forwards Parsons (208 / 5), Blake (167 / 3) and DLee (167 / 4) led the scoring, giving Love (142 / 2) a well earned breather. For the Boys, JR Swish (160 / 4) found some form and ZBo (155 / 3) continued to rack them up in the absence of Marc Gasol.
Team Stowie (5-4) 1665 def Broady Broncos (5-4) 1429
A run of four losses came to a halt for Stowie as Bosh (206 / 4) and Reke (174 / 3) returned to form. Leading for the Broncos was CP3 (248 / 3) as usual with Lowry (191 / 3) also putting in a big week.
Fudge Fudge (2-7) 1259 def by Liquid's Sixers (3-6) 1522
Two in a row for the first time for L6 this season as Teague (237 / 4) and KD (218 / 3) put up massive numbers with D12 (193 / 5) not far behind them. Fudge were led by Terrence Jones (186 / 5) and LBJ (173 / 4) as they now suffer through a fifth straight loss.
Cyril33s Crushers (2-7) 1350 def CK Nicks (5-4) 1271
The Crushers managed to snag win number two for the year thanks to power forward pair Millsap (224 / 4) and The Big Fundamental (204 / 4). They managed to counter big weeks from Kyrie (242 / 4) and DMC (185 / 3) for the Nicks.

The Raptors (7-2) at Mookie Blaylock Athletic Club (7-2)
Travys Boys (4-5) at Team Stowie (5-4)

Division Two
<div class='WordSection1]
A few pretty close games in Div 2 this week, with 4 of the 6 match ups decided by 100 points or less. There were also no trades again this week, with teams seemingly quite happy with their line-ups.
Results for this past round were as follows:
Biggest Losers (5-3) - 1369 def Nahla vs Little Dee (6-2) - 1222
With Anthony Davis back in action The Biggest Losers returned to the winners list with this comfortable victory over the Little Dee's. Both teams used the waiver wire a couple of times but with the NBA Rockets playing 5 games for the week, and the Losers having both Harden and Parsons on their roster they were just too strong. The Little Dee's won the games played 40-39.
Top performers were:
Biggest Losers: Chandler Parsons - 208/5
James Harden - 165/4
Anthony Davis - 150/3
Nahla Vs Little Dee: Brandon Jennings - 135/3
Andre Iguodala - 131/4
Beno Udrih - 112/4
Bokoshe Broken Arrows (7-1) - 1386 def Six Ten Two Forty (6-2) - 1350
The Broken Arrows made it to 8-1 after this hard fought victory over the Two Forty's. The Arrows had to dig deep in the last day of the match-up to secure the victory. Al Horford going down for the rest of the season could hurt the Arrow's championship aspirations after being the dominant team so far this season. The Arrows had more games played 36-35 which reflected in the closeness of the final score.
Top performers were:
Bokoshe Broken Arrows: Jeff Teague - 237/4
Klay Thompson - 163/4
Al Horford - 119/2
Anderson Varejao - 119/4
Six Ten Two Forty: LeBron James - 173/3
Blake Griffin - 167/3
DeAndre Jordan - 128/3
Adelaide Celtics (1-7) - 1237 def Manimal Love Favors (2-6) - 1166
The Celtics pulled out their 2nd victory for the season with this close one over MLF. MLF used the waiver wire to the max but still come up short, and now might be in for a name change after letting the Manimal go to the waiver wire. MLF had more games played, 40-37, so I would suggest GM Vermey would be fairly unhappy with this result.
Top performers were:
Adelaide Celtics: Chris Bosh - 206/4
Isaiah Thomas - 177/3
JR Smith - 160/4
Manimal Love Favors: Kevin Love - 142/2
Arron Afflalo - 138/3
Greek Alphabet - 120/3
The Hinrich Manoeuvre (4-4) - 1572 def Doobia Dominators (2-6) - 1239
THM took their winning percentage above 0.500 with this easy win over the Dominators. GM Doobs' team is currently sporting a 7 game losing streak and needs to turn things around quickly if they are to make the playoffs and avoid relegation. The injury to Carmelo isn't helping the cause either. Games played were in THM's favour 40-37.
Top performers were:
The Hinrich Manoeuvre: Chris Paul - 248/3
Tim Duncan - 204/4
Dwight Howard - 193/5
Doobia Dominators: Kyle Lowry - 191/3
Tyreke Evans - 174/3
Jodie Meeks - 153/4
Brisbane Average Joes (5-3) - 1381 def Paky Ballers (4-4) - 1286
The Average Joes took their winning streak to 6 with this cruisy victory over the Ballers. Without using the waiver wire once, compared to the Ballers using it all 5 times, the Joes got the win. GM Morris would have to be pleased with current form and must be thinking playoffs at this stage. The Ballers were on top of games played 40-38.
Top performers were:
Brisbane Average Joes: Kyrie Irving - 242/4
Gordon Hayward - 177/3
Al Jefferson - 140/3
Paky Ballers: Kevin Durant - 218/3
Terrence Jones - 186/5
Marvin Williams - 91/3
Peg's Men Lethal (4-4) - 1468 def Smokin Joe Misiti (2-6) - 1449
The Lethal' sneaked home in a very close battle with SJM. Some last day heroics saw them fall over the line. GM McCallum used all of SJM's waiver wire acquisitions but it still wasn't enough. SJM led the games played battle 42-39. GM Walles now has the Lethals above 0.500 and must be thinking playoffs.
Top performers were:
Peg's Men Lethal: DeMarcus Cousins - 185/3
Dirk Nowitzki - 168/3
Manu Ginobili - 161/4
Smokin Joe Misiti: Steph Curry - 230/4
Paul Millsap - 224/4
Nikola Vucevic - 157/3
Match-ups for week 9 as follows:
Adelaide Celtics (2-7) vs Biggest Losers (6-3)
Six Ten Two Forty (6-3) vs Manimal Love Favors (2-7)
Nahla vs Little Dee (6-3) vs The Hinrich Manoeuvre (5-4)
Doobia Dominators (2-7) vs Brisbane Average Joes (6-3)
Paky Ballers (4-5) vs Smokin Joe Misiti (2-7)
Peg's Men Lethal (5-4) vs Bokoshe Broken Arrows (8-1)
