Hey guys, I'm gunna be digging around in the guts of the stats page in a couple of days to add a few more fields- I'm think though, while I'm in there, it's just as easy to add 10 fields as it is to add just a few- So if there are any new fields that you'd like to see, post it in here and we'll see it it's possible!
how bout a difference? ie. Max - Min score. Might show the "consistency" of a certain player. how bout a #of rounds > 100 points? Same as above. Shows the consistency of a player scoring above 100. And on top of that % of rounds > 100? so it takes into account any games they didn't play?
Other ratios of interest, contested possesion to uncontested possesion, contested mark to uncontested mark, etc. You could have heaps and a whole section dedicated to ratios.
Probably not a stat that you could easily get Walesy, but i'd love to be able to easily see each players TOG %. And see which players are getting really low TOG, and see how each injury/rotational change affects a players TOG and scoring.
Good old TOG- I'll give you the story on that for the past few years. I've had a section of the site that allows people to enter in the TOG for a player each week (out of the herald sun). two years now, I got a group of people together- determined to get TOG into the system cause it's awesome. Never made it past round 3 yet.

Quote from lezyeoh on February 3, 2011, 14:24 i will definitely do it for any melbourne match played.
You say that now, but 3 rounds in- I tell ya- manual data entry sucks!

Quote from bonesy on February 3, 2011, 14:45 How bout a stat to keep track of how many times DAZZLER refers to DAZZLER in the third person.
Only DAZZLER may refer to DAZZLER in the third person...

Quote from austin on February 3, 2011, 15:24 Standard Deviation?
It's already there! It's just it currently reports on the SD of their salary! I'm making a change with 2011 to report on points instead...
Request: Maybe not a new field but a summary column at the bottom totalling up not just what your team would score if players each scored their average/3 game average etc, but possibly a 2nd column which detailed what your bench would score also.
@ Lucas, Nice one, I was thinking the same thing with a summary of average score. You could possibly also use the standard deviation of each player to give a predicted score to +/- 67%, but that might not show anything useful.
Still going- just had a bit of, well- I I don't tend to use hyperbole, but we've had the worst hardware disaster of all time! http://tooserious.net/?page_id=2318&mingleforumaction=viewtopic&t=64.0
